Blog Candy Winner and a card, of course!

First the card!

Keep it Simple wants to see sticky  notes on the cards.

I kind of got stuck on the Holiday card theme, since I need to have a lot more and kind of wanted to now only make holiday cards, if possible until Christmas.

I took some arrow shaped sticky notes from my stash and arranged them in the shape of - guess what?

A tree, of course!

Added some sequins. The sentiment is by Inkadinkadoo. I like it. Its really pretty and it kind of off sets the strong, geometric tree. This was super quick to make. I added some pink lines on the side - used a Copic marker for it.

I am also linking this card with the CHNC challenge - Anything Christmas

So, are you curious, who are going to be the lucky winners?

I used a very sophisticated system - wrote the names on a piece of cardstock, got a hat and had my son pick two.

This is for my winners - stunning colors. I took that picture in the Bronx Botanical Garden on Wednesday. But I think you really want to know now - hang on, scroll down

and the winners are:

Eva will get the first set, Annelies the second - since that was her preference.

Congratulations, Ladies - have fun with the stamps. Please email me your address to my email:
neliacards@gmail.com

I will also try to contact you - although when I tried to contact Annelies google did not let me - malware issues :(

Gorgeous gorgeous CAS card and loved your 3 previous entries. Those jaunty snowman made me smile whilst your sparkly snowflake against the turquoise was a master piece. I really liked the starkness of the two grey cards. Thank you for joining in at Crafty Hazelnuts Extra this month. Hugs Mrs A. (GDT).

Katzelkraft - Stampotique Raven

Hi Everyone, Do you know that   Katzelkraft has aquired Stampotique stamps? This fun raven is designed by Daniel Torrente (#6314). I used an old background from my stashs.  I stamped the bird and colored it with alcohol ink markers.  I brushed distrss ink onto the background and added some pattern with the   Mandala Magic stencil  from Funky Fossil Designs.I used one of the border stamps on the left for more interest.  Stamped the sentiment  and doodled a frame around the sentiment.Added a googly eye to the bird and drew in some eye lashes.  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Spiral Borders - KTZ286,  Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276  (FRANCE) Spiral Borders  - KTZ286 , Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276 (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping! Linking up with: Simon Says Wednesday challenge  - fur or feathers

Some more Christmas Cards...

Hi Everyone, there still are some Christmas cards  I made awhile ago and have not yet posted.... This one I made for the  Runway Inspired Challenge . The inspiration photo is below. I found it a little tricky to make this into a Christmas card, but with the help  of Neat&Tangled stamps it worked....The stitched dies are by Simon Says. Added some Washi tape on top (the headdress) and silver glitter paper at the bottom (the floor and silver shoes) and voila a Christmas card! My second card I made with an iStencil, gold embossing paste, faux pearls, an enamel dot and lots of splatters. The stitched die I cut the Kraft panel with is by Simon Says. I love this stencil and stenciled cards are just so quick and easy to make. I used this one for several cards this year, on of which you can see HERE . http://www.istencils.com/store/products/22-00029 I am linking up this card with: Stamps and fun=Creativity - Christmas U...
