Stempel Spass

Hi Everyone, my crazy bird went Krafty :) Colored him with pencils, masked and stamped some Stamploration - Mixed Media Grunge stamps as background. The sentiment is also by Stamplorations - Fond Expressions and the "happy DAD" is Studio G stamps. Added a strip of DP. I never enjoyed making Father's Day cards as much as this year - must be those birds.... Hi Everyone, I have to sneak in a card in between our STAMPloration blog hop .......I just made to play in some challenges. That cute giraffe was nudging me for the last few days to get inked up - I finally gave in...... Added Washi tape in the background and embossed a scrap piece of card stock with a Sizzix Embossing Folder. The giraffe is by YNS - I colored it with Copics and fuzzy cut it. The sentiment and inlaid triangle die cut is also by YNS. I mounted the Kraft panel with foam tape. Hi Everyone, a quick post today.... I made this card for a friend of mine (who loves shoes) and  is going through some though times right now. Hopefully this will cheer her up! I stamped those STAMPloration shoes on colored card stock, added some shading and fuzzy cut them. Mounted them with foam tape after adding cloth and Washi tape to the card base. I know, I already had a post today, but there is all those looming linky closures and for tomorrow I already have a post scheduled.....so what the heck, here is another one....I am combining 3 challenges here: The  Coffee Lovers Blog Hop  - organized my the fabulous Amy Tsuruta and equally fabulous  Chaitali The  Muse  - where one of the queens of CAS Shona Chambers  entices us with her beautiful card and lastly the  Kraft Journal   - where the theme is One Layer Cards. When I think coffee I always think Kraft...so that's what I went for: This was really easy to make - I used that STAMPlorations set   VIGNETTE: Eat Drink Be Merry , heat embossed on Kraft and added gold threaded twine. The little hearts are from  Paper Smooches. I was contemplating  heat  embossing in different colors, but I like the white.... Here is Shona's card:   Enjoy that coffee!

Its LUCK over at CASology - took me a while to come up with something...... I took this from the periodic table of the elements - choosing Lutetium, Carbon and Potassium. I composed it and printed this out with my ancient printer. In case you are wondering about the pig - pigs are supposed to bring you good luck in Germany ( so called Gluecksschwein - I am German, in case you don't know). The sentiment is from a Hero Arts Christmas set called Merriest Wishes - I only used a part of it.....The little piggy is one of those $1 Michaels stamps and the arrow is Heidi Swap - another steal from Michaels And just that you don't think I am that brilliant - I got the inspiration from a pretty ugly lunch bag, that I found  by chance on the internet...                                                               ...
