GDT for the Dream Factory Challenge - Elliot the littlest Reindeer

Hi Everyone, Today I am honored to be guest designing for the current  Traumfabrik/Dream Factory challenge . It's a challenge about  movies and the inspiration will be coming from the movie  "Elliot the littlest Reindeer" . Don't worry If you don't know the movie. Anything Christmas is fine, as long as it somewhere features a reindeer. I started with selecting a background paper. This one is from the beautiful  White Magic paper pad  from Funky Fossil Designs. I stamped the sentiment first ( Vivas las Vegas)  and added the various reindeers ( Cats on Appletrees,Stampin' up). Added a little bauble to one of the antlers and some embellishments in the upper corners (Technique Tuesday stamps). Also added a brad and some red thread as well as tiny red enamel dots to the reindeer's noses. Below is the movie poster for your inspiration. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting and perhaps you'll find some time to play along with the  Traumfabrik/D...

Guest Designing at The Male Room

Hi Everyone, I have the honor to be guest designing for the current Male Room challenge , where the theme is "Love You" in a male version! Thank you so much Male Room for having me! So the blue comes out and the sweet whale from Funky Fossil Designs, that I have been itching to ink up ever since it swam into my house! As backdrop I used the pretty wavy heart by Poppy Stamps, sponge it with distress inks and added water splatters. The sentiment is an ancient one from Technique Tuesday.  I also added  some dots with a white gel pen. I hope you  will find time to play along - you have until February 18th to make a love you card for that special person in your life! Katzelkraft - The Rats are Escaping!

Hi Everyone, it's Katzelkraft Wednesday! I went to a craft fair on Saturday and there I saw a cool stencil from Colorful Life Designs that unfortunately was to big for an A2 card. But it got me the idea for this card. I made my own NYC sewer manhole cover and what better than having the rats come out of it? Les Rats des Villes I made the manhole cover with a Lifestyle Crafts embossing folder and circle die cuts. The NYC sewer I printed on my computer. The sentiment is by Technique Tuesday. Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration! If you feel the urge to buy any Katzelkraft products, you can also order them in the US from those companies:  Lost Coast Designs ,  Topflight Stamps  or  Frantic Stamper  Happy Stamping! Deer Christmas Card

Hi Everyone, time for another Christmas card. I so love those whittle deer from Poppy Stamps! I think I will use them quite often. Hope you like them too.... The background die is the leftover form the last Christmas card I made. No reason to throw it out.... The sentiment is heat embossed and from Technique Tuesday. As background I used a shimmer card stock. It is really pretty in real life. Looks a little dull in the picture. Linking up with: CAS Christmas - Deer

You may want to visit her blog, to find you how to do this. She is also having a little linky party and you can play along and win a cute little snowman stamp. The stencil is from Neat&Tangled, the stamps are by Technique Tuesday. Instead of blue I went with red accents. Have fun CASEing. I can't wait to see what you will come up with! Meow Chicka

Hi Everyone, just dropping by with a card I made for one of my bloggy friends - Gundi from Papierelle . She is celebrating her 4 year Blog anniversary - that certainly merits a card! Since she loves cats and my new Technique Tuesday card was meowing softly in her box she got to be inked up. Meow Chicka, meow, meow just means "Happy Anniversay" in cat. So - perfect! Used my Misty to ink her up 4 times to get a nice deep black coverage. A touch of Copics, Washi and Bakers Twine and a pink enamel heart - so easy! Go and visit Gundi  and celebrate with her - she has a delightful blog full of wonderful cards and other crafty stuff and to make things fun she add a joke at each one of her blog posts -  Linking up with: 613 Avenue Create  - anything goes SIP #47  - one element wonder Happy Stamping!
