Topflight Stamps -Succulents Washi Tape Card

Hi Everyone, This week's theme is all about Washi tape on the  Topflight blog .  I discovered this awesome Washi tape in the store. It is from AALL&Create and you can piece it together to create a picture, or use it as you normally would. I recently made another card that you can see HERE . This tape is called  Thriving Terrarium . I pieced it together on a regular card stock base. Brushed the edges with black distress ink. Trimmed the card and mounted it onto black card stock.Added sticker sentiments. . I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. Topflight Stamps - Studio Light

Hi Everyone, This week is all about Studio Light products on the  Topflight blog . It's a Dutch company owned by Marlene. She has terrific products at very reasonable prices. Go and check them out, if you are not familiar with it. I masked off a strip and sponged with distress inks and then put a stencil over my strip and added some pattern to this background. I then stamped the  Berry Branch  stamps on it. Added a sticker sentiment. I had so much fun that I decided to make a second card with more masculine colors. Its quite quick to do anyhow. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. Topflight Stamps - Stencil Coloring Take II

Hi Everyone, This week it's anything goes at the  Topflight blog . I got inspired by  Tracy Scott  . She uses Prismacolor pencils to color in the stencils. for this card I went with a combination of brushing with distress inks and alcohol ink markers - works, too, although she undoubtedly does it better. I guess you also get a bit more detail with pencils, but my way is definitely going to be faster..... I colored in the white lines with black alcohol ink. You could also use a Sharpie. The sentiment is from a sticker book, see below. I also added some white highlights with a Posca pen. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. And here are the stamp supplies I used:  Studio Light Lovely Florals stencil ,  Blender Brushes Art by Marlene Sticky Quotes and Elements ,  Essential Card Block

Little Critters from The Card Hut

Hi Everyone, It's  Topflight Stamps   day!  This week it's anything goes, so I decided to use this fun stamp set from  The Card Hut  called Little Critters. Their stamps are hilarious! Go and check them out. I figured a slim line format is the way to go here. I used stitched dies from Heffy Doodle. I first stamped the 3 squirrels, masked the bottom one a little and then stamped the stand and the squirrel with the taco. Added the birdfeeder on top and hung it onto a branch (Katzelkraft).  I colored everything with water brush pens and markers. Did some sponging around the edges in the end - probably better to do that first....The bigger base card is Kraft Paper, that I also sponged with the same colors. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration.
