Stempel Spass

Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. We just had a little bit of snow, so I am sticking with a wintery theme.Besides that I need more birthday cards.... I used an old background form my stash. I stamped the penguins on it and again onto scrap paper. Colored them a bit and cut them out. Added them to the images on the background. Stamped the scarf, hat and tie, colored them as well and cut them out. Added the to the penguins. Doodled the flower. I heat embossed the snowflakes and drew in some more. Sponged around the edges of the card with distress inks. Heat embossed the sentiment (ancient wood block stamp from Amuse) and added it with foam tape.    Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I had to pull out that chess set again - It just is so much fun to play with! I decided to add some penguins to my board. After all it's winter and at the Dream Factory challenge the theme is penguins.... Now this little laughing guy is the embodiment of Schadenfreude - apparently he defeated his opponent and can't let him loose in a dignified manner, LOL! I first stamped the penguins on scrap paper. Did a bit of coloring and cut them out. I then added the chess pieces to the board.  I extended the chess board a bit.     Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. Halloween is over - now its major Christmas card making season! I first stamped the Christmas tree using my Misti. I first stamped it with peeled paint and then again, not inking up the entire stamp with rustic wilderness (distress oxide inks) . I stamped the penguin on a piece of scrap paper and cut it out after I lightly colored it. I brushed the background with distress inks. I added dots of Stickles to the tree. I added some snowflakes to the background. Heat embossed the sentiment, cut it out and added it. Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. For this weeks card I am playing along over at Facebook with Isa  and one of her Tagalong inspirations -  #tagalongxmas05 with  Red + grey + Snowflake cluster I chose a grey background, stamped the penguins and then the snowflakes. Stamped the penguins again on scrap paper, colored them lightly and cut them out. Added white splatters (more snowflakes) and glued the penguins to the stamped images.        Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. For this weeks card I am playing along with  Isa C. Art and Craft , who made a Facebook Live video, that you can watch  HERE . You can win some stamp sets if you make a tag using the technique showcased in her video. I couldn't help myself and made two tags.....for the first tag I used the set  Into the Wild . I smooshed some white paint onto the periphery of the tag. Added some distress inks in red and blue. Stamped the berry twig and the bird. Stamped the bird again onto some scrap paper, colored it and cut it out. Added lots of white splatters. Sponged around the edges. Lastly stamped the sentiment onto a scrap of white paper and cut it out. Made the second tag the same way, just using the penguin and trees. Heat embossed a snowflake on top.      Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I am in Christmas card making mood - good for my stash!     I stamped the swimming penguin first. Masked it and stamped the ice hole. Sponged the sky. Added water splatters. Colored the penguin and water hole with water brush pens and markers. Added the sentiment. Lastly I decided to stamp another penguin at the bottom - The swimming one was feeling too lonely, LOL!       Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post.  of course its another Christmas card - we are getting closer, not much more time...... I stamped the penguin, masked it and used an oval die for a stencil. Added the die cut mistletoe and the sentiment (Dylusions stamp). Put some Washi tape at the bottom. I also added Stickles and Perfect Pearls to the mistletoe.
