Stempel Spass

 Isn't that cool - that inspiration photo from Pinspired ? Not that I am a fan of make-up, but I like the colors a lot! I made two cards. I used shimmer paper and an Avery Elle die. For the first card I just pieced those little die cuts together and for the second card I also used the negative die-cut. Some sequins for extra sparkle. The sentiment on the first card is by Fresh Squeezed Stamps, the sentiment of the second card is Paper Smooches - Sentiment sampler. I like both cards - the graphic feel of them, the colors and the metallic sheen. I am also linking them with : Seize the Birthday and  the first card I'll link with  the   Snippets playground  - it kind of came as an idea after the second card - why throw away all those little  thingies??? Inkspirational  - anything goes Hope you like them too!

This is my third card for th e  All That Glitters is Gold Challenge over at Moxie Fab , but it is the first one I really made for it and it is seriously golden.... I made myself a stencil with a Papertrey embossing plate, laid it on a sheet of acetate and sprayed it with glue. I pulled the stencil off and sprinkled the whole sticky mess with glitter.  The glitter is EVERYWHERE....... I used my Fresh squeezed sentiment  and mounted gold paper candy on a white strip of card stock and adhered it with double sided tape onto the acetate and an additional strip adhering the acetate to the base layer. IT seriously glitters - its really hard to photograph, so I made several pictures.  This was not really my idea. I saw something similar on the recent Scrapbook Expo I went to. I can't remember the exhibitor who had it....... And of course this card is going into the  Snippets Playground , since I used left over white card stock...

One more card for the  Fresh Squeezed stamps Birthday Bash. I combined it with the CAS(E) this Sketch challenge - its such a beautiful layout! I inked up my  Everyday Expressions  stamp set with Delicata ink. I added some scor lines, although its hard to see them in the picture. Th e  sequins are from Neat and Tangled. I put strips of golden shimmer paper on the sides. It looks quite elegant in real life.  I am also linking this up with the Moxie Fab challenge - All that Glitters is gold and Seize the Birthday  - my topping are the sequins!

Fresh  Squeezed Stamps has its first Birthday Bash! Congratulations! They have great stamps and I was once the lucky winner of this beautiful stamp set  (big smile!) So I put it to good use for their celebration: A rainbow of flowers with sequins on top..... The set is called Everyday Expressions - isn't it lovely? I especially like the font! Thank you Fresh Squeezed stamps!

Not much time any more for the RIC - I missed the last couple of challenges - too busy with other stuff.....and this is going to be quick - I had back to school night today and its late..... I used peach colored vellum for my card. The stamp is from Impression Obsession, the die is Memory Box - perched Reed Bird, the sentiment is from Fresh Squeezed Stamps - I won that recently -yeahh and finally go to use it. I heat embossed it. Added a ribbon Here is a close-up: The eye is a tiny enamel dot. I really like it - it came out just as I wanted and envisioned it.
