Unfortunately the Ski Mouse is not in the store right now - but I am sure Donna can get it for you if you need to have it in your stamp collection..... I stamped the mouse on scrap paper and colored it with alcohol ink markers. Drew a circle around it. Cut it out. cut out a slightly larger circle and  Glued them together. Added lots of white splatters. Heat embossed the sentiment and assembled the card. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. Topflight Stamps - Just Hanging with Pink Ink Stamps

Hi Everyone, This week its anything goes on the  Topflight blog . Pink Ink Stamps recently came out with a series of really cute little mice. I used the Corn mouse here. I a while ago made another card with those mice, you can see it HERE I stamped the mouse and masked it. Sponged around it with distress oxide inks. Added some of the stamps form the   Katzelkraft Flowers & Nature  set for some more interest and some accents with plain water. Colored the mouse with water brush pens.  Added the sentiment. Trimmed the card and added a strip of patterned paper at the bottom.  I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. Topflight Stamps - Pink Ink Designs Diver Mouse

Hi Everyone, It's  Topflight Stamps   day!  This week it's anything goes.  I recently discovered those cute little mouse stamps by Pink Ink Designs in the store. Could not pass them.... Besides, I love making under water scenes. Such an adorable little creature!  This card actually was a fair amount of "work". I colored the mouse and fish with Copics and cut them out. Used one of my old gel press backgrounds and stamped the mouse and fish again. Glued on the colored ones. Made the port hole with some generic round dies and a little round punch. The outer ring I cut three times and glued it together for more dimension. I used bronze shimmer paper, but then I found it a bit too dark and wiped Inka Gold over it, once it was assembled.  Glued everything onto wood paper. Added the heat embossed sentiment. Lastly I added Crystal Laquer onto the goggles. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflig...

Topflight Stamps - Pinky Inky

Hi Everyone, It's  Topflight Stamps  day! I immediately fell for the inspiration picture from Inkspirational (see below) about Yayoi Kusama, a contemporary Japanese artist, who was supposed to exhibit this year at the New York Botanical Garden, but unfortunately the exhibit was cancelled, courtesy of COVID-19....  I literally had this beautiful octopus stamp now for years and it was still waiting to be inked up....Immediately thought of it and pulled it out of hiding.... I used watercolor paper and stamped the huge octopus on it. It really is enormous! It did not quite fit on my A2 card. But most of it did. Good enough. I colored it with water colors. I used a little strip of designer paper on the side and used the same paper to heat emboss the sentiment.
