Stempel Spass

    Hi Everyone, I am playing along with the color challenge at  52 CCT  and combining it with the  challenge Just us Girls  .  I stamped the sentiment first (old Hero Arts set). I used an embossing folder from Alexandra Renke to add some texture. Die cut the trees in the required colors, also by Alexandra Renke and added them to the card. Hi Everybody, there are two challenges out there that I wanted to really play along - one is Less is More  with pick a triangle and the other challenge is  AAA Cards  - made in minutes.  I figured I need to combine the two. I gathered my craft supplies - an embossing folder by Alexandra Renke, a cutting plate from Neat&Tangled, my favorite reindeer from Dixie Crafts and an already made background from my stash. I also used a Sizzix triangle die and a little star die from Lil Inkers. Once I had my supplies making the card really only took a few minutes - way under 30 minutes. I even added a bit of sponged around my die cut trianglular tree. I did die cut the deer 3 times and glued it together - goes very fast, too. Hi Everyone, I have not made a Christmas card in a while, and the Winter Wonderland challenge asks for a cute Christmas card. So I pulled out this cute Mama Elephant set and thought it should qualify. The background I made with an embossing folder by Alexandra Renke. Hi Everyone, Connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Tanja from   Little Art Cottage   and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 2rd Sunday of the month and this is our 47th transatlantic get-together! This time it was my turn to pick the requirements: Easter card with embossing folder and die cuts Awhile back I bought some goodies by Alexandra Renke, which you nowadays can thankfully get in the US and I really wanted to use them. The gorgeous dotted embossing folder has a star in the center, but its covered up by the egg, so it works for Easter as well.  I swiped an inkpad lightly over the embossed dots, as I wanted a bit more contrast. The bunnies are also by Alexandra Renke. The egg is a Lifestyle Crafts die. The little blue strip is a snippet from an alcohol ink background. Lets check out   Tanja's artwork! ...

This time it was my turn to pick the requirements: Thank you card with embossing folder My blogging friend Elisabeth from aufspapiergebracht send me this gorgeous embossing folder for Christmas. It is from the Renke Manufaktur - they have amazing stamping supplies - you should check them out. Here is a detail view: That folder is a dream and of course it needed to be made into a thank you card. The letters are by Ellen Hutson and the tree is from Neat&Tangled.
