Hi Everyone, I am sure by now you have seen that there is a new stamp release from  Katzelkraft. I used one of the stamps designed by Maryse Carrier. I brushed over it with distress oxide inks.  I stamped the cat with the ladder and colored them with alcohol ink markers.  Cut them out. Stamped the sentiment  and doodled a frame around the sentiment. Lastly I added some Washi tape from Funky Fossil Designs.  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Ladder Cat  - SOLO175,  Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276  (FRANCE) Ladder Cat  - SOLO175 , Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276 (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Thanks for visiting! Katzelkraft - New Release IV

Hi Everyone, I am sure by now you have seen that there is a new stamp release from  Katzelkraft. It is awesome!  I figured I combine the vintage Citroen 2cv with the duck, as in German this car was called "Ente" - the German word for duck.  The 2CV has often been referred  to as the ugly duck over the years, especially in the German market , who produced the The “Sauss Ente”. NOt sure if the giraffe is qualified to drive that car....I think it just barely passed its drivers license.... I stamped the duck first, did a bit of masking and then stamped the Citroen. Istamped the giraffe on a piece of scrap  paper and cut it out. I colored them with alcohol ink markers. I cut slits into the car and fiddled in the giraffe. Used a bit of foam tape to get some dimension on the head. Trimmed the card and added a strip of patterned paper on the side.  Stamped the sentiment ( Enjoy Quotes ).  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Farm Animals ...

Hi Everyone, This week it's spring on the  Topflight blog . And what's better than flowers and some springy chicks! I used a background from my stash, that I made with a gel plate and a stencil from AALL&Create. I stamped the chicks onto scrap paper and colored them with alcohol ink markers. Stamped the chicks and flowers onto the background and added the cut out chicks. I die cut my card and wanted to mount it onto a solid colored background, but did't like the way it looked. So I sponged the remining frame on darker colors and glued it all onto a white card base. Added some Washi tape instead of a sentiment. I hope you liked this.
