Hi Everybody!  Crackerbox Stamps  came out with new fabulous stamps - some Christmas stamps as well, but I focused on the non Christmas stamps here. they were just too good to not use, LOL! And my christmas card marathon is just about to start, so something else it is!   Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below. This is essentially a one layer card, where I did a bit of masking. I colored with alcohol ink markers. The spray I just masked off with post it notes and sponged.I trimmed the card and added a strip of patterned paper at the bottom. And no release with some prizes, yeahh!   Hi Everybody!   Crackerbox Stamps  is having a new release. It is Harry Potter themed - there are probably a few Harry Potter fans out there! The previously released Harry Potter stamps are also on sale. What a feast!   Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below. I actually kept it more general with my card, apart from the sentiment. I stamped the castle and the sea serpent . Colored them with Copics. Masked them and sponged the background. Added super thick white embossing powder for the white water. Stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and cut in in half.      Hi Everyone, The new May release is now in the shop at  Funky Fossil Designs !  We had a whole week of sneak views.  I did show them daily on  Instagram .  This card was quite easy. I used a page from the Urban Vibes paper, gessoed the left upper and right lower corner a bit. Stamped the skate border and heat embossed him. Added a white outline in parts. Stamped and cut the sentiment and added it. This card is made with the new set Making Waves - just adorable. Designed by Elena Zinski (I am a fan!). I drew the rocks and put the Mermaid on them. Did a combination of water coloring and sponging for the background. Added the fish. Stamped the boat onto patterned paper and added it. Sponged the white accents on the water. Added the sentiment.       Hi Everyone, The new April release is now in the shop at  Funky Fossil Designs !  I have three sample cards for you. Starting with my favorite designer - Donna Gray This delightful set is called Motley Crew. I paired it up with the Polaroid die and the 'Smile' from the  Funky Word dies . I colored those delightful monsters with Copics. My second card is from the set ' Dreaming of Japan'. I added some of the new Washi tape. The background I sponged with a home made stencil. The geisha I fuzzy cut. For my last card I made an alcohol ink background. Again I fuzzy cut the tea cups. Did some light water coloring. Trimmed the card and added  the new Washi tape on the side. It has a white background, but I lightly colored it with ink - liked it better that way. I heat embossed the sentiment and added a few drops of liquid pearls.    Hi Everyone, The new April release from  Funky Fossil Designs  coming into the shop on Friday April 1st - no joke! I am introducing the first 3 sets  in this post. Sorry to keep it all crammed into one post, but I just got the stamps and was pressed for time to produce at least something for the previews.... The first card is made with the delightful set "Waters Edge" by Claire Brooking. It looks like you can use it to illustrate a children's book - very sweet. I stamped on a page of the new Shibori paper pad that is part of this new release. My second card is made with the set "Architecture". For all the history lovers out there and travelers who like to visit ruins. I made an alcohol ink background and stamped with Staz-On ink. Paired it up with one of the fun lightbulbs from the Light Up dies . Colored them with Copics. Trimmed the card on the side and added a strip of paper from the  Monochrome Magic paper pad .     Hi Everyone, The new January release is now in the shop at  Funky Fossil Designs !  This set is called Prehistoric. I totally love fossils, so this one is for me! I took the fossilized fern stamp and stamped it three times onto scrap paper. Added a tiny bit of gold foil, although it does not show well in the picture. Cut them out. Sponged in grey around the edges. Stamped the new Mini Grid A7 stamp as background and added the ferns with foam tape for dimension. Stamped the sentiment. Added some splatters.    Hi Everyone, The new January release coming into the shop on Friday at  Funky Fossil Designs !  Today is the fifth day of the stamp reveal. This set is called Spellbound and is designed by Charlotte Blackwood. I thought it is perfect for making a new bookmark. The stack of books is not that high, but it's easy enough to mask it and make it taller. Colored it with Copics. Die cut it to size and mounted it on a bronze shimmer paper background. This new release not only included several new stamp sets, but there will also be new dies, Washi tape and a fantastic paper pad. You'll see it all on Friday, the release day.    Hi Everyone, The new January release coming into the shop on Friday at  Funky Fossil Designs !  Today is the first day of the stamp reveal. My first card from this upcoming release is made with the set  Spring in the Forest . This is a very sweet set, designed by Claire Brooking. It makes me yearn for spring, although we just had our first snow here in New Jersey.  I stamped on Kraft paper and colored with Inktense pencils and markers. Added white splatters. The pretty Washi tape is also part of the new release. Rounded the bottom right corner. As with every new release there will also be new dies, Washi tape and a fantastic paper pad.         Hi Everyone, Today is the stamp release day at  Funky Fossil Designs !  Every new stamp set, paper pad, dies, Washi tape etc. are now available for purchase in the store.  Here are some cards I made with the new sets:  I used the set  ​ Enchanted Christmas and a stencil (Spirograph) for this card. I sponged Inca Gold over the stencil and added a few gems.   I used the set  ​ ​ Naughty or Nice , a page from the wonderful new paper pad and one of the new tree dies and enamel dots.
