 Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. It's almost Easter, so for the next couple of weeks you are going to see some Easter cards from me. I first stamped the sentiment. Added the bunny with a stamp positioner and masked it. I sponged the background. Stamped the birds. I colored the little guy and birds with Copics. It's a one layer card. Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I can't get enough of those cute rabbits! I hope you are not getting sick and tired of them.... I got this little home furnishing catalog in the mail. No idea how they found me, but the pictures were quite nice and they inspire me to make a collage card. It was more work than it looks like - need to modify the furniture and move things around a bit. Stamped the rabbit and carrots onto scrap paper, colored them and cut them out. Arranged them onto the card.  Heat embossed the sentiment (Technique Junkie - 'Because I said so') and added it to the card. Added a bit of string to the carrots. Also added some shadows.      Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I am having so much fun with my Katzelkraft calendar.  Of course April is dedicated to Easter, which will be on April 17th this year. I knew I wanted to use those cute rabbits. Sketched it out, before I started.  First I stamped the rabbits, the sentiment and the chicken. Next I made the background - sponged and masked. Colored with watercolors and a few marker accents. Stamped the grass (masked again) and stamped the goose. Stamped it again onto scrap paper, colored it and cut it out. Hi Everyone, This week it's all about paint on the Topflight blog . Time to give my Fresco paints some love. I pulled out my gel press pad and went to work on some backgrounds. Hard to put  a stop to it - I always create a whole lot of them, but they come in really handy at times! I selected one of them. The orange blob in the middle looked like a balloon to me. So that's where the inspiration came from.  I rummaged through my stamps and thought the Katzelkraft rabbit would be the best animal to hold the balloon. Stamped him onto the card and then again onto scrap paper, colored him and cut him out. Did the same with the fly - was not in the initial plan, but then thought it would be a great counterpoint.     Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I used one of the rabbits from the new rabbit set. I stamped and masked the rabbit. I inked up only the rabbit, not the pencil its holding. I stamped part of the Meerkat and masked it. I sponged the background. Added the grass. I colored the animals and  grass with water brush pens. Added the sentiment (Simon Says Stamps). I took an Exacto knife and cut out part of the rabbits hand. I colored the carrot ( Basic Veggies  from AALL& Create) and cut it out and stuck it under the rabbits hand.
