Hi Everyone, its INSPIRATION day again at  STAMPlorations !  Again our wonderful DT made some beautiful cards to entice you playing with your stamps or stencils - STAMPlorations or otherwise. And perhaps I can also inspire you to play along with us! I have not used my favorite STAMPlorations set in ages, so time to dust it off......Sponged the background, added the squares in different shades of green and once it was all dry I added the white squares - heat embossed and the rust colored squares to give it a bit more interest. I used a stitched frame to die cut the cardstock and mounted it onto fun foam.The sentiment is also heat embossed and mounted with foam tape. Time to  Cure (for) the Monday Blues ....... I just got my brand new  ARTPlorations Stencils - Bubbles  - came in just in time for this challenge.... sponge d over it in yellow and then added the dots in pink neon ink, which then looks orange. The larger dot is by STAMPlorations - VIGNETTE: Retro Mod Shapes , the smaller one is Hero Arts. The nspiration picture is below - as you can see I went for the pattern on the sofa.... Added the peach circle and the happy die cut - Papertrey Wet Paint, the birthday sentiment is by STAMPlorations as well. And then of course there are a few other colors - covered them with adding various sequins and Paper Candi.  I am also linking up with   Seize the Birthday - no topping for me this time... Hi Everyone, we have a new sketch challenge for you at STAMPlorations ! I just love the sketches Shery comes up with- so different from other sketches that are out here in blog land.  You see I went very literal with the sketch: The stamp sets I used are some of my favorites from STAMPlorations: PATCHWORK FRENZY: Graphic Squares  and  VIGNETTE: Retro Mod Shapes The sentiment I did with the  SENTIMENT BUILDERS: Happy , and fuzzy cut it.            Added black splatters and some sequins. This would be a very easy card to make with a male color scheme - just use greens and blues.  Now hear on over to our blog and checkout the fabulous cards form our design team. Hi, its time for the new monthly challenge at STAMPlorations ! We want you to use your stamps and embossing - both heat embossing or dry embossing is just fine. I used both in my card...... I used a strip of colored paper and stamped those fun shapes from the  VIGNETTE: Retro Mod Shapes  on it with Versamark and heat embossed it. I then sponged the strip with slightly darker distress inks, to bring out those shapes. The banner is from the same set and the sentiment is from  Bloom Sketches . I dry embossed the back panel with a Sizzix embossing folder.           I just love those rainbow colors.  Our wonderfully creative DT has beautiful cards to inspire you to play! This is my second post today - for the Simply Create Too challenge , please scroll down - you may want to do that, since I have also been using STAMPlorations stamps there and a fun new product ;) Its September and guess what that means - a new STAMPlorations challenge ! This one really caused me a headache. I had no clue what to make. My mind just went blank. Nothing, zilch, nada..... And I am fully aware that I am not very good at using my Copics.....That does not help. Finally my sister gave me an idea - kind of at the last moment..... and here it is: I used a TCW stencil and a fine tipped marker to draw the circles. I then doodled into some of them and added color  using using the round stamp from the  VIGNETTE: Retro Mod Shapes . The banner is from the same set  - I fussy cut it . The sentiment is from  Bloom Sketches , which I heat embossed in white. Mounted it with foam tape. Lastly I glued the white card stock onto a grey base card. ...

The theme is: I used three STAMPlorations sets for this card:  Subway Art Builders: Create ,  Distressed Floral Swirls ,  Vignette Retro Mod Shapes I inked up the little square from my all time favorite Retro Mod set, stamped it and then swooshed it side ways to get those smears. I just love how this came out! And those Subway Art builder sentiment fits perfectly - right? Nothing like padding yourself on your own shoulder.......Added the swirl stamp and some sequins. How perfect two CAS one layer card challenges - one over at  One Layer Simplicity challenge  - Fabulous flowers,  the other at    Addicted to stamps  .   I used my vase stencil again that I made myself from PTI dies. The flowers I stamped with the STAMPlorations set  VIGNETTE: Retro Mod Shapes And the sentiment is by Hero Arts -  Essential Messages. Added some tiny pearls. Voila! Hello Everybody, its time again for another challenge at STAMPlorations     - very appropriate for this time of the year - its STAMPS and FLOWERS! For this card is used the VIGNETTE: Retro Mod Shapes  and  MOM SUBWAY ART BUILDERS #4 - TLC I also used my self made stencil that I have also used for THIS card, made out of vase dies from PTI. It should come to no surprise that the Retro Mod shapes is my absolute favorite set. I can't think of a more versatile set than that..... I just love playing around with those shapes.... Hi Everybody, I am excited to share with you, that I am now officially on the Design Team for Dream Valley challenges  This is a fortnightly challenge. Every other Sunday a fabulous new challenge will be set with a wee prize for the winner! The Design team ranges from experienced crafters to newbies but all with great talents!
