Katzelkraft - Rats don't Share

Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I wanted to play along with the Dream factory challenge - their current them is Alfred Hitchcock's movie the birds. Despite all those birds the rat seems to be commanding most of the attention......After all she caught a huge fish, that she definitely doesn't want to share with that greedy seagull.  On the original stamp the rat is holding a piece of cheese, that I cut away and made her this fish instead. The boat and seagull are from a new set I stamped the boat, made the background and stamped the birds and seagull. Stamped the rat on scrap paper and cut it out. Did the same with the gull. Colored them and glued them to the card. Couldn't find a matching sentiment. Oh well.  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Seaside - KTZ256,   Les Rats des Villes - KTZ179 , ( FRANCE) Seaside  - KTZ256,   Les Rats des Villes  - KTZ179 ,    (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzel

Funky Fossil Designs - Simple Christmas card with removable Ornament

Hi Everyone, For this card I combined the newly released Folk Art Christmas Tree die  with the fox from the set   Forest Friends  and the large sentiment from the set Festive Phrases . Very simple  make. Stamped the sentiment and fox. Did some coloring with markers. Added gold splatters.  I die cut the tree twice and glued the two parts together to have a nice shiny front and back. Added gold thread. I used a punch to cut little notches into the upper left hand corner and hung up the tree. This way you can remove the tree and hang it up somewhere else and you still have a semi decent card to look at! I couldn't resist putting some googly eyes onto the fox.... Thanks for visiting. I hope you liked this! Happy Stamping! Linking up with:
