Guest Designing for 52CCT

Hi Everyone, Merry Christmas to you! I hope you have peaceful and enjoyable Holidays! but in case you want to get some crafting in and work on you Christmas card stash for next year I have something for you! The new challenge at 52CCT , where I am honored to be guest designer for this week. The theme is brads or eyelets - I am sure you have them lying around in your stash...... I used the pretty Christmas tree from Katzelkraft and added star shaped brads and some pearls. I used thin cardboard for the card base to have a bit more heft for the brads. I brushed the background in part with gold delicata ink - gives it a nice shimmer, although it does not show up well in this photo.  Added lots of splatters and painted on more "snow". The sentiment is a die from STAMPlorations - doubled up for more sturdiness. I also added thin copper thread and strung it around the big top brad. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting! and don't forget to kink up your card with  52CCT ! Ha
