Topflight Stamps - Have a Jawsome Day

Hi Everyone, This week we are featuring  Craft Emotions  on the  Topflight blog . Such an awesome stamp company. They are located in the Netherlands.  Now since we are approaching summer I felt I can make an ocean themed card - I love to make those! I started out with a light greenish blue background paper and used a fishnet stencil with blue distress oxide ink for my background.I stamped the shark  and colored him with alcohol ink markers. I cut him out and added him to my background. The sentiment is from the set  Ocean 5 . the little fish are from  Ocean 1 . I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. Hi Everyone, This week it's all about different kinds of Media on the  Topflight blog . I used Fresco paints   and a visible Image stencil to make my background. I brayered the paints onto my gel plate and put down the stencil. Pulled the print. I brushed in the white parts left by the stencil with distress inks.  I stamped the fish onto scrap paper and colored them with alcohol ink markers. Stamped and heat embossed the sentiment. Lastly I added Crystal Lacquer to the fishes eyes and some googly eyes as well.  I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration.  Hi Everyone, This week the theme is "anything goes" at the  Topflight blog . And there is a stencil sale still going on until the last day of the month - perfect timing! No coupon is needed.  I used an old background that I had used as splatter guard for sprays, but it looked too pretty to throw it out. I used the pretty flower stencil from Visible Image and sponged in three different distress inks colors (green, blue and purple). I shifted the stencil a bit and brushed again. Added white splatters and some Stickles to the center. The sentiment is heat embossed. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. Topflight Stamps - Visible Image Ladybugs

Hi Everyone, This week the theme is "anything goes" at the  Topflight blog . Visible Image just came out with wonderful new stamps and I was lucky to add this awesome ladybug set to my collection! I used a background from my stash, that I made previously using a gel plate. I sponged some green around the edges, as I wanted some green on my background. I added some stenciling using a Lavinia stencil. I stamped the ladybugs onto my card and again onto scrap paper. I colored the scrap paper ones with alcohol ink markers and cut out their bodies. Added them to the stamped images on the background.  Stamped the sentiment and drew a loose frame around it. Cut it apart and added it to my card. I hope you liked this.
