Topflight Stamps - Enjoying Fall

Hi Everyone, This week our topic is fall on the  Topflight blog . It's that time of the year - my favorite actually. Love the warm days, clear air and cool nights. Besides I enjoy going mushroom hunting and that not only in my craft room..... I stamped the mushrooms with Versafine ink and water colored them. Used a postage stamp die and glued it onto patterned paper. The sentiment is from a sticker book. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. And here are the stamp supplies I used:  Basic Veggies , Sticky Quotes Nocturne ,  Paper Pad  (not the one I used, which is no longer in the store, but this would work as well) Linking up with: Simon Says Wednesday challenge  - anything goes

Joy Clair October Mid-Challenge Reminder

Hi Everyone, did you see the wonderful inspiration picture for our   October challenge at Joy Clair? Scroll down.... You should either use at least three color or get inspired by the photo itself. As you can see, I went with the colors and a fall theme. I combined two sets for this card: The  Fall Time Planner  and  Harvest Blessings I "surgically" removed the writing form the Fall Time Planner pumpkin and stamped it three times on my card base (masked, of course). Masked again and stamped the tall pumpkin form the Harvest Blessings. Colored with water colors. I then stamped some of the sentiments in light blue ink around my pumpkin arrangement. Lastly I drew in the faces on my pumpkins. I hope you have time to play along! You have until October 30st to link up and as always the winner gets a $25 gift card for the Joy Clair store - what are you waiting for? But - please follow the rules, or you won't be eligible to win....

Paper Smooches and Addicted to CAS

Kind of spooky, this inspiration picture from Paper Smooches this week. And kind off difficult, given my limited supply of stamps from them - oh do I wish I had more..... I bought this hip to be square background stamp from them at the Scrapbook Expo and that is the best I can do here....the pumpkin I cut out in sections of an old note card and sponged it onto rainbow paper and then stamped the background stamp over it. The sentiment is from the sentiment sampler. Added two enamel dots. The sentiment is heat embossed. I am also submitting this card to  Simon Says  - use rubber or clear  stamp --X-- This card I made for the Simply Create Too challenge  - the theme is autumn/fall. The tree is from  Memory Box - Bare Oak, the sentiment is from Papertrey - Mum's the Word and teh tiny leaves are from an ages old Hero Arts set. I will link this card with Addicted to CAS
