So Suzy & Crackerbox Stamps - Sprayed Wood Slices

Hi Everyone, I used  one of the new release stamps  for my card -  the Wood Slice . Isn't it pretty? I paired it with the equally pretty birthday sentiment . I stamped the wood slice with Versamark and heat embossed it in white- really hard to see I then spritzed the wood slices with Dylusion sprays. The first try did not work out the way I wanted it, so I did an other panel, just in case you are wondering about the changed colors.... Let it dry and added the heat embossed sentiment.  Trimmed it and mounted it onto black card stock. Happy Spritzing ;) Our current promotions:

Hi Everyone, perhaps you arrived from  Donna Idlet  on this hop. The new So Suzy and Crackerbox Stamps release is out and you will be happy to hear, that we now have a lot of wonderful sympathy card sentiments in our collection. The sentiment I used you can find HERE I masked the first line of the sentiment and stamped it with Versamark onto dark green card stock. heat embossed it in gold. The reminder of the sentiment I stamped on the inside of my card. The background I made with alcohol ink on Yupo paper. There is a fabulous YouTube Video out there - if you are interested how I made this background. I did it pretty much the same way as that guy in the video.Where there is a lot of ink, it stays sticky and I used that to add little bits of gold foil to it. Came out quite well.  You now can also buy Catherine Pooler inks on the So Suzy and Crackerbox Stamps website - they are fantastic! I am a big fan! The next stop on the...

So Suzy Stamps - Kitty Fun

Hi Everyone, I am again playing with this cute little cat stamp, called  Kitty Fun   It goes perfectly well with that  snarky sentiment . This card does not require a tutorial, but I took some pics.... Stamped the cat and colored it with Inktense. Used an Andy Skinner stencil and various inks for the background. I used a small action wobble and attached it to the card and the cat. The sentiment I stamped on a piece of scrap paper, cut it in half and sponged the edges before I glued it to the card. I trimmed the card base and mounted it onto purple card stock.  Here you can see it wobble. That kittie makes me smile! In case you want to order, you will get a free stamp with every order.
