Stempel Spass

Hi Everyone, it has been awhile that I played along with the Ellen Hutson Mix-up challenge - but I made it this time! The mix-up is with Avery Elle. I first stamped the border (Avery Elle) and water colored it. Added the little hexagons. Die-cut the sentiment (Ellen Hutson) and added some sequins. And here I wanted to share a fabulous card with you, that I got from my stamping friend Stephanie Lanzalotto from My Ink Well  - isn't it adorable?!!! We recently found out that we live fairly close to each other and we had a little stamping get-together. I forgot to take pictures, oh well. We just had too much fun together, to think about such things. Happy Stamping!

Hi Everyone, I wanted to play in the  Ellen Hudson Mix it up  challenge with my last card, but then I forgot to put something by EH on it.....So I had to make another card.....No big deal. This month the mix up is with Neat & Tangled. I took a border set by N&T and made the background stripes. I did not try to space them evenly or ink them up to the same length. I wanted it to be somewhat random. I water colored paper in the colors you see and them die cut the EH flowers. Glued them on and added splatters and sequins. The "thinking of you" sentiment is also by N&T. My color scheme I got from the current Color Throwdown  and this card also is playing in Addicted to CAS , where the cue word is stripes and in Less Is More - repetition Happy Stamping!

Hi Everyone,  I have to get a card into the Ellen Hudson Mix it up challenge , before Mr. Linky closes.... I have been procrastinating over this challenge the entire time - had no clue what to make, but then I saw Anita's card over at the Muse challenge and it clicked! Here is Anita's ah-mazing card : I used my Ellen Hutson stamps to make this card - kept it one layer, since I love to do that and added Pretty Pink Posh sequins and some splatters. I am also linking up with: The Paper Players - went with those pretty colors Happy Pi Day!

Hi Everyone and Happy Hanukkah to all! I am playing in the colour me....! challenge , which is monochromatic light blue. That is in fact a real challenge for me, since I like it bright...but I needed another Hanukkah card, so here it is: The stamps I used are from CASual Friday. I stamped the stars with Versamark and rubbed Perfect Perls on them. It looks really pretty in real life, but its quite hard to photograph...in fact the whole card looks much better in real life. Oh well... Added some sequins. Unfortunately this is the last colour me...! challenge. Too bad, I really liked it, although I often missed them, since they had only a few days for us to link up.  I also want to show you another tag I made. this one is for the Ellen Hudson 12 Tags of Christmas challenge and for the Ellen Hudson Mix it up challenge .
