Hi Everybody!  I am back with a card I made for the  Dream Factory  Challenge and choose the dotty background for the  Day of the Month Card Club  challenge.   I got inspired by the movie poster - see below. I immediately knew I wanted to use this cute monster from Stampotique. I colored it with alcohol ink markers and fuzzy cut it.  Made the background with a stencil by Donna Downey. The heat embossed sentiment is by My Favorite Things and the little side strip of striped paper is from Funky Fossil. I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting!   Hi Everyone, I have the honor to be guest designing for the current  Dream Factory/Traumfabrik challenge  this month. In case you are not familiar with this challenge it is all about movies. Every month one film serves as inspiration for the challenge. Really neat, right? So this month theme is "You've Got Mail". You don't have to have seen the movie, but anything like  Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fall, Books,  Love fits just fine .   So without further ado - here is my card: I used this fun Santa from MFT Stamps, some ancient book stamp from Paper Smooches and Washi tape. And here is my card: This was super easy to make. I used patterned paper from Brutus and Monroe. The dies and sentiment are from My Favorite Things. I popped up the elephant ears with fun foam. Hi Everyone, as you all know, Wednesday is Katzelkraft day on my blog.  I got inspired by my blogging friend Rosemarie to make a Christmas card with the  Katzelkraft frogs ,  KTZ235. she made the best card ever !!!!! I simply CASed it. I made made this from jump out of a wreath and made him his own little Santa hat. I added Liquid pearls for the brim. I colored him with watercolor markers . Hi Everyone, Connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Tanja from   Little Art Cottage   and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 2rd Sunday of the month and this is our ninth transatlantic get-together! This time it was Tanja's turn to pick the requirements: Interactive Birthday Card I used the slider surprise die from MFT, which makes things real easy, although you could just make the whole thing with a rectangular die and a score board. The cute otters are also form MFT - the set is called otterly love. I had it forever in my stash until now NBUS, for no good reason. I used a Memory Box stencil to create the water and patterned paper for the rest of the card.  So cute! I have a lot of ideas of what to do next with this die - you'll see more of it, I promise! I want to remind you about our  Day of the Month Card Club challenge . unser Thema ist:  the theme is:  Save the Rhino I found those two cute little rhinos - the one on the left is from MFT (Safari Party) and the little one on the right is by Simon Says Stamps (Best Friends). The wonky stitched border is from CUTplorations . I masked the rhinos and sponged the background. Added water drops. Added two strips of  paper and some enamel dots. Hi Everyone, I am playing again in the  Twofer challenge   - the current theme is STARS. No problem, I have lots of those. Since now stencils are on the allowed list I decided to go with this beautiful Memory Box stencil - if I remember correctly it has never seen the light of day... For my first card I sprinkled black Brusho pigments onto water color card stock. I got a bunch of backgrounds out of this one and decided to go with this one. Since the white background from the water color paper looked kind of blah I sponged distress inks on top. I also  outlined some of the bigger stars with a fine black pen. Added iridescent tape (with stars, too) and the sentiment (lil' Inkers). In teh end I also added some Stickles. For my second card I did the same thing. I used emerald and grey Brushos and used photo paper instead. Again I got a bunch of backgrounds out of this one. The cute dragon is from My Favorite Things, as is the sentiment....
