Our guest designer for this month is the talented  Vijaylaxmi Siyal (Shalu) of All By Heart Creations and she played in our January CAS challenge  with this fabulous card ! A real CAS beauty. What a pleasure to CASE it!  My stamp supplies:         Celebrate Artsy , Blossom Overture , Party Time  Heat embossed the roses with WOW gold embossing powder and water colored them. Then fuzzy cut them. Stamped the background. Added a strip of black card stock on the left side and some gold striped WAshi tape. Added the roses. sentiment (the wishing is a die by SSS) and some sequins. Our amazing DT has made quite some wonderful inspiration cards! Go and check it out! So you want to play along? Today we are CASEing this amazing card from Elina Stromberg of Arts and Crafts . She made this card for the Mixed Media Card Challenge run by Shery. My stamp supplies:     Vignette: Artful Flutters , Hope Blooms I water colored my background in red and while it was still wet I stamped the big words onto it, removing some of the wet paint. I waited for it to dry completely and then I stamped the butterflies. I die cut it with a stitched die. Added the center panel, also colored with water color and die cut with a stitched die. And really versatile for many occasions. What a pleasure to CASE it!  Of course I had to use a bit more color......I also thought that heat embossing in gold would go well with the gold frame. And I did not get enough of those pretty tulips in this year - the perfect occasion to ink them up! I watercolored my image and added he sentiment. I die cut a few of those circles and glued them together for some dimension. Added the gold bow. Hi Everyone, come and CASE with us here at  STAMPlorations ! Our guest designer for this month is the "boss" herself - Shery Russ - the owner and designer of your favorite stamps - STAMPlorations!!!. I am sure you all know her blog  The One Layer Mixed Media Girl  and if you don't - go and visit, its a real treat! Now I struggle with mixed media, but I basically just copied what Shery did . Used the Daisy Dance stencil , sponged in pink.   Then I took the daisy stamp and inked it up with Versamark and heat embossed in yellow. Added the die cut THANK YOU - (a gift from my friend Maria Fischer - you gotta ask her about the company)  the rest of the sentiment and some sequins.   Our amazing DT has made quite some amazing inspiration cards! Took that pretty rose  from the set Blossom Overture , stamped it 5 times and heat embossed it in white. Water colored it. Added black splatters and a little striped PP at the bottom.
