Crackerbox Stamps - Come We Fly

Hi Everybody!   I am back with my  Crackerbox Stamps  post for this week . Today I am using a mix of new and older stamps, which are simply timeless. Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below.    This is a simple one layer card. I first stamped the hat. Did a tiny bit of masking and stamped the cat. Lastly I stamped the sentiment. I colored with alcohol ink markers. I trimmed the card and added a strip of patterned paper at the bottom. The stamps I used: Witch's Hat with Spider Crabby Cat Come We Fly And perhaps you want to check out those: I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping! Woodblock Wednesday - Golden Wreath

Hi Everyone, I am playing along with  Woodblock Wednesday  from Amy Tsuruta. It's such a good excuse to play with my wonderful wood stamps! This stamp is actually a new addition to my woodblock stamp collection. It is  a gift from Amy - I won it at the last Woodblock Wednesday. Thanks again Amy, what a treasure this on is! I stamped the wreath (Stampington & Company) onto shimmer paper with Versamark and heat embossed it in gold. Added the die cut Thanks (Mama Elephant).  Added little red gems and a gold thread. Trimmed the card and put a strip of Washi tape on the bottom. It shimmers nicely. That wreath would also work well for Christmas cards. Hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping! Fun with Halloween

Hi Everyone, I wanted to play along with  Tag along with Isa  over on Facebook - see graphic below. Here is the graphic and the requirements. I went with Halloween, a landscape card and a bunch of colors. I also have a tree, a cat and a witch.  I brushed the background with distress inks. Stamped all the stamps on it. Stamped the little witch and the cat again onto scrap paper and colored them with markers. Cut them out and added them Also added a few white accents. Mounted it onto purple cardstock. All stamps are form Stampin' up. And most are old woodblock stamps. Hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping!  Hi Everyone, This week's theme is winter or Christmas on the  Topflight blog . I settled for winter, although originally I wanted to go with Christmas, but somehow it didn't work out. The cute little penguin is from AALL&Create.  I stamped it onto scrap paper and colored it with alcohol inks. Cut him out. Selected a page from this awesome  Best Friends paper pad  and  added the penguin. Stamped the sentiment. Pretty easy! I hope you liked this. Woodblock Wednesday - Christmas Card Set

Hi Everyone, I am playing along with  Woodblock Wednesday  from Amy Tsuruta. It's such a good excuse to play with my favorite, neglected wood stamps! This one is an oldie, but goodie from Hero Arts (K6100). I actually detached the stamp from its woodblock and stuck it onto my Misti. Since I don't think you can continue to do that all the time I made a set, using different colors. The sentiment is also from Hero Arts (C3188). Simple one layer cards. Hope you liked this. Topflight Stamps - Mixed Media

Hi Everyone, This week's theme is Mixed Media on the   Topflight blog . Not my forte I must say. But at least I came up with something I can live with..... I used a paper I created in my last Fresco Paints session using a Gel plate. I still had some bits on it from the last stencil I had used. Used some left over paint on a different stencil and pressed it on there. Anyhow - looks like a mess....I stamped the silhouette mushroom on the background. Added some die cut mushrooms, that I had colored to give them more life. Took a strip of wood paper, ripped the edge and added it. Mounted the whole thing onto a black card base. I figured it passes as mixed media - mono printing, die cutting and stamping. Next week will be better - I promise! I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.  See you next week with more  Topflight Stamps  inspiration. And here are the stamp supplies I used:  Breakout stencil ,  Wood texture (used similar paper...
