Cure for the Monday Blues and New member Welcome

What a nice start to 2015 - 4 new members to greet! Welcome Ladies - lets hope 2015 will be even better than 2014 for all of you!  Welcome to my little corner of blogland. Last year at this time I thought I would blog less than I did in 2013, but that has not happened. I am still thoroughly addicted to card making and I don't see it ending any time soon. It still thrills me to play in whatever challenge I feel drawn to - mostly getting inspired by their themes or pictures rather than sticking with a particular challenge that I always play in....I am still mainly CAS, although I sometimes experiment....but them always get back into CAS mode. So if you like that, stick around, that's how it going to be.... A warm welcome to (in the order of joining) Jasleen Wolle-Garn und Fadenzauber  - Beatrice Archana Jessica All those ladies have fabulous blogs - go and check them out and leave them some love - perhaps you want to tell them I sent you;) Glad to have you...

As customary my ladies, you'll get a welcome picture - fitting my card somewhat: I hope you like it. I mostly stick with art and in a way this is as well - it is a sculpture made out of food cans - I photographed it a few years back at one of the CANstraction events that are held every year in NYC (and in many other cities) before Thanksgiving. The sculptures are afterwards donated to local food pantries and distributed to the needy.  --X-- I have not played for ages with The Paper Players   - but this weeks sketch is just too much fun!
