Our wonderful guest designer joining us today is the fabulous talented, fun and creative  JENNIFER INGLE Here is my card: Stamped part of the dress on water color paper and heat embossed it in white. Water colored the butterflies. Added more butterflies from the  Added the sentiment - heat embossed it onto vellum. Sewed it on. I used the new stamp set  Party Girl  here and also used stamps from tow older sets: Trendy Butterflies  and  SENTIMENT BUILDERS: Thank You Drew in the antennae. Hope you like it! Hi Everyone, its INSPIRATION day again at  STAMPlorations !  Our wonderful DT girls made some beautiful cards to entice you playing with your stamps or stencils - STAMPlorations or otherwise. And perhaps I can also inspire you to play along with us! This is a very simple one layer card - used the brushstroke and stamped the butterflies on it. Added the sentiment, some white accents and two enamel dots. You can make that in 5 minutes....but it took me longer than that - Had to think this trough and  decide with which color challenge I should play along, etc, etc...... Hi Everyone, welcome to the first day of our   STAMPlorations blog hop! we have 5 new stamp sets to entice you with:   Our first day features fun new sentiments called  FOND EXPRESSIONS , which are really universally useful. I like the different fonts and different sizes of each sentiment.  Besides the sentiment I used the set  Trendy Butterflie s. Stamped in rainbow colors and did some masking. I heat embossed the sentiment in white and accentuated it with a black fine tipped marker. Spotlight on  FOND EXPRESSIONS I also used a stitched frame (SSS) to die cut the white card stock and mounted it on black card stock for added drama........ and lastly some sequins for some sparkle. In this card I am combining three sets -  the new STAMPLorations April/May stamp club set -  Mixed Media Grunge ,  Blossom Overture  and Trendy Butterflies I stamped the Morning Glory, water colored it and then masked it. Added all the other stamps and voila - a one layer collage card emerged!           Mixed Media Grunge            Blossom Overture                  Trendy Butterflies I really like it! In this card I am combining an older set with that fun strip that comes with the new STAMPLorations April/May stamp club set - Mixed Media Grunge . I inked up that strip with my Kaleidocolor ink pad and stamped it three times - each slightly shifted. The sentiment is from the  Trendy Butterflies  set.     The butterfly is by Memory Box. Hi Everyone, its INSPIRATION day at  STAMPlorations !  The DT girls made some beautiful cards to entice you playing with your stamps - STAMPlorations or otherwise.....  I am playing with the set  Trendy Butterflies . I inked them up with Gesso - trying the Gesso resist technique. Not sure if I am happy with it. I like my images crisp, not smudgy.... sloshed some water color around the butterflies - the resist worked only partially.....Stamped the sentiments onto watercolor paper - to have the same colored paper and colored the large word with the same colors as the watercolor background. Hi Crafty Friends - its inspirations time again at STAMPlorations ! You know what that means, right? Our DT has created some cards for you to CASE  and link them u p    to the Inspiration CASE Playground. You don't need to use STAMPlorations stamps to play along; any stamps from any company are welcome, so long as you don't solely promote those companies. Here is my inspiration card: I used this set: Trendy Butterflies The background I made with the plastic wrap technique , which is really easy and  I love the result! I also added some gold foil butterflies (Memory Box Butterfly delights) and gold string. I hope you find time to play! Hi Everyone -  sorry for the late posting, but here is our new sketch challenge at STAMPlorations - don't worry  you'll have two weeks to link up: Simple and pretty! Here is the card I made for it: I used    Trendy Butterflies   and  Mini Mixed Media Backgrounds  to make the side strip, but before I stamped the butterflies I directly applied metallic ink and chalk in to the paper to get abase coloring for the strip. I like the shimmer of it. For the sentiment I went with  Bloom Sketches  . Here is a closeup, where you can see that shimmer better: I also added tiny gems to the antennae.         So, go and visit the STAMPlorations blog - great inspiration there to find and we also have a talented guest designer for this challenge - its Maria from Bulgaria , who shares a delightful card with us.
