  Hi Everyone, as you  might know, I have the great honor to be Guest Designer for this month at the  Christmas Kickstart challenge  and it's a fabulous theme - rainbow Christmas! I love this theme and here is my reminder card: For this card I used the pretty  Christmas Snowflakes  from Katzelkraft and heat embossed them in white. Sponged around them in rainbow colors. Added the sentiment (Cutplorations). I cut it out a few times and glued it together to make it stand out more.  Stayed pretty CAS here - overall my favorite thing to do. It's quick and easy and often it doesn't need much to look good.  I hope you  like it as much as I do and I inspired you to  play along  - after all, Christmas is coming again, sooner than you might think. Hi Everyone, I am playing with the new release stamps from  Funky Fossil Designs !  At JUGS the cue word is rainbow, so I decided to go with it! Find Your Rainbow  I used an old background from my stash. Stamped the rainbow and colored it in. Stamped the clouds and water drops as well as the sun and fuzzy cut them. Added them to the card. Hi Everybody, I have a winter themed card for you today made with Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps . My stamping supplies: Bowl and Cork Snowman Joy I used that bowl/snowglobe before and kept the mask I made for it. That made this really easy. I stamped the globe, fitted the cork in it with a stamp positioner. Stamped the snowman and masked it. Sponged distress ink around - also made a tiny mask for the reflection. Colored with water brush pens and added the sentiment (Cutplorations die). Splattered water, but it didn't show very well, so I added white gel pen "snowflakes".  During the month of December all the stamps in the shop are 30% off.  Copic markers and stencils are 20% off : Happy Stamping and Happy New Year my friends!

Hi Everyone, I really need to get going with my Christmas cards....and then I got the inspiration from my friend Rosi, who designs for 52CCT.  And then it all fell into place. 52 CCT might not like my little splash of green, since there theme is black and white....but then, they don't have to. I like it and it also fits the Time out challenge.... I love this pretty Tim Holtz cover plate. It kind of makes quick Christmas cards, if you don't count poking out all those little die cuts, that get stuck in there....Besides that, you can get several cards out of this one, as you are left with all those cute little die cuts. Of course I had to used them for a second card and I still have lots of left overs.... The sentiment is by STAMPlorations. And here is my second card: I used some matching Washi tape and lined the die cuts up. Attached them to the Kraft card base. Added some hemp twine and the tiny tag. Hi Everyone, we have a new mini release at  STAMPlorations .  Shirley Bampton created two adorable owl sets They are Big Owls  and Little Owls    Here is card #1: For this card I made a smooshed watercolor background. Stamped the owl and added white gel pen to the eyes and orange to the beaks. Splattered some.  Here is card #2: I stamped the owl and colored them with water brush pens. Stamped the sentiment. Used the crazy stitched die as border. Still wanted more of a border, so I sponged around the outside. Added some twine. Hi Everyone, I always need some cards just to send out for no good reason or just a little picker upper.  The  Grungy Butterflies  from Rubber Dance will lift everyone's spirits! My stamp supplies: Grungy Butterflies I stamped the butterflies and wet them generously with water. Took Dylusion sprays and dabbed color onto the wet butterflies. Took a spray and sprayed them with water and let the water run down the card.The sentiment die is by STAMPlorations . Don't forget about our challenge, which goes until the end of the month.
