Hi Everyone, So Suzy is sponsoring the  AAA Card Challenge and the So Suzy DT is playing along. The theme is "Bright and Beautiful" And what could be more beautiful than ice-cream? ;)  My So Suzy stamps:  I used the Ice Cream Cone  and stamped it repeatedly with my Misti (did some masking). I colored them with water brush markers and added the heat embossed Birthday sentiment . Also added black splatters. Hi Everyone, is me again, this time with a Shaker card, I made for the 50th birthday of a good friend of mine. I took my Papertrey numbers and die cut them into a shaker card. The sentiment is also by Papertrey. Added some striped paper (an envelope liner - got a lot of mileage out of this one) and an enamel dot. Hi Everyone, Its challenge time at  ATSM ! For the next two weeks the theme is  Make your Mark - that means you must  use of anything that can make a mark - Stamping, Write, Markers of any kind, Painting, Chalks, Watercolours, Sponges, Stencils, Masks etc. etc. Not hard, right?  I went with stencils for this  challenge  and since we just had July 4th I went with the American flag theme. I used my beloved iStencils for this card - my favorite Stripes stencil  and that cool  Star Stream stencil The stripes stencil I have used several times so far ( you can check it out HERE , HERE  and HERE ). Again I did somewhat of an ombre fade with the stripes. The stars I made with embossing paste on blue card stock. The wonderful sentiment is from Hero Arts -  Year Round Sentiments . Do you know that I am now on the A2Zscrapbooking store  - a fabulous Hero Arts store and if you order your stamps from them you can get 15...

Hi Everyone, back to my usual CAS style - taking a little break from those crazy birds....as I said - I need a few more Father's Day cards.... I am playing with Mel's   which is pure fun - every day a different sketch for 7 days. I am trying to make all 7 days....kept it simple with Washi tape and a variety of hats from Studio 112. The sentiment is from Studio G.  so both real cheapo stamps, but fun! Hi Everyone, its Sandie's  Birthday! And we are celebrating. You probably know Sandie Munro from London days . She is a very active blogger. I first go to know her from being on the team with her on STAMPlorations and now I am on the team with her on ATSM. She is one of the girls behind Time Out and she also on the Uniko team and Inkspirational- so many accomplishments!!!!!!  Happy Birthday dear Sandie! I hope you have a blast! This is for you - perhaps it arrived on time, if not it will be there shortly.... Since Sandie is a real CAS gal  - I kept it CAS for her. That cute little bird is from Hero Arts ( CL756)  as is the sentiment. The splatter is a Tim Holtz stencil and the arrow is by MME. Added glossy accents to the bird's beak - its colored with Copics. Hi Everyone, time again to play with my paper Smooches goodies. This week its an inspiration picture and after I saw this weeks gorgeous Muse card by Michele Fergusen  I knew just what to do! Combine them, of course....  Took my Papertrey Take Three die and cut the window into wood card stock. Stamped the birds on scrap paper, colored them with Copics and fuzzy cut them. the die cut is Paper Smooches as is the Happy Birthday (Sentiment sampler). Hi Everyone, its INSPIRATION day again at  STAMPlorations !  The DT girls made some beautiful cards to entice you playing with your stamps or stencils - STAMPlorations or otherwise. I used the set  Baby Bump  and made a shaker card with some paper piecing. I think it doesn't really need any explanation - if you have any question, let me know. Connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Tanja from   Little Art Cottage   and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 3rd Sunday of the month and this is our second transatlantic get-together! Our requirements for this meet-up were: Flowers & Watercolors And here is my card: I masked off a square on watercolor paper, stamped the flowers and then flicked on water color in green and yellow tones. Waited  for it to dry and then sponged lightly around the flowers to make the square stand out more. Added the sentiment. All stamps are by Unity from the set Insightful Meadows .                                                               Now aren't you curious ...
