  Hi Everyone, I am sure by now you have seen that there is a new stamp release from  Katzelkraft. It is awesome! This cat is one of my favorites! I stamped the cat, masked it and then stamped the rat. I colored them with alcohol ink markers. Brushed the background after I masked the cat and rat again. Added water and white paint splatters.   Hi Everyone, I am sure by now you have seen that there is a new stamp release from  Katzelkraft. I used one of the stamps designed by Maryse Carrier. I used an old background from my stash for which I had used the buttons background stamp from Darkroom Door. I had used a resist technique. I brushed over it with distress oxide inks.  I stamped the cat with the ladder and colored them with alcohol ink markers.  Cut them out. Stamped the sentiment  and doodled a frame around the sentiment.     Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I have not played with those cute cats in a while. I also have not used that pair having fun on a tree branch. I stamped them and made a mask. Brushed around them with black distress ink. Colored them with alcohol ink markers and added white accents with a Posca pen. Stamped the sentiment and added the little mouse. a simple one layer card. Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. Sorry, it's a Christmas card....but we just had a bit of snow, so it's snowing on my card as well....I really wanted to play along with the current  Christmas Kickstart  challenge. The theme is "Out on a Limb" and there is simply no better stamp than this one! I have not played with those cute cats in a while. I also have not used that pair having fun on a tree branch. I stamped them and made a mask. Brushed around them with blue and a bit of black distress ink. Colored them with alcohol ink markers and added white accents with a Posca pen. I made them some Santa hats.Added white acrylic paint splatters. Stamped the sentiment. A simple one layer card. I found this sentiment on Pinterest and thought it needs to be made into a card!  I stamped, masked and colored  everything with alcohol inks. I printed out the sentiment from my computer. If you choose a black background and white font it looks decent...Added it to my card. The tiny coffee cup and tin are by Stamps by Judith. I actually loved it so much that I made it again. The first one got snatched up right away by a friend of mine.... Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Christmas card.  I am playing along with  52CCT  - the theme is "pets".   I have not used that Katzelkraft cat ( Big Cat 09  France/ Fat Cat 9 US) in a while and figured it would be prefect for this theme. I colored it with alcohol ink markers. Drew a Santa hat on it and stamped the sentiment. Added some Christmas lights.  Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. Not a card today, but a bookmark for a change.  In addition, this week we are celebrating! In fact we are celebrating Beatrice's birthday! And you may send her a birthday card if you so feel inclined ;) I used patterned paper ( Funky Fossil ), die cut it and stamped the sentiment ( Darkroom Door - Reading ) on it.  I stamped the cat and bird. Colored them with alcohol inks and cut them out and added them to the background. Mounted the bookmark onto black die cut cardstock. I used stitched slim line dies from Heffy Doodle.  Hi Everyone, This week the theme is "media" at the  Topflight blog .  I used my gel plate and a Visible Image stencil to make the background. I stamped the birds onto the background and stamped them again onto scrap paper, as well as the cat. Cut them out and added them to the stamped images on the background. Heat embossed the sentiment and added it. Trimmed the card and added a strip of patterned paper to the side.  I hope you liked this. Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I am playing along with the current Dream Factory/Traumfabrik challenge . They have the cutest movie poster as inspiration (see below) and I figured I should recreate it with Katzelkraft stamps! I had the background in my stash - some leftover water color page, where I was trying to not throw away ink.....I guess it was waiting for that occasion, LOL! I then stamped the cat, mouse and umbrella top on scrap paper. Colored with alcohol ink markers and cut them out. I stamped the rain drops onto the card base.  I stamped the cat, mouse and umbrella on the card and glued the cut out over the stamped outlines.  I heat embossed the sentiment and added it. Drew in some light shadows for the cat.  Hi Everyone, I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post. I am having so much fun with my Katzelkraft calendar. I am sure you can tell.... September is getting into fall and fall means mushrooms for me! Of course animals like mushrooms as well, so they are completing my scenery. I first stamped the foxes and then added the mushrooms. Colored with water colors, Inktense and some markers. The insect and mouse are stamped directly onto the background. Added some greenery and in the end added white highlights.
