Stempel Spass

  Hi Everyone, The new October release coming into the shop on Friday at  Funky Fossil Designs !  Today is the first day of the stamp reveal. My first card from this upcoming release is made with the set  Wired for Sound. I just stamped the same stamp twice, without inking it up in between. Added some of the wonderfully funky Washi tape and some enamel dots. In the inside I added a little  Record Player gift card. This is one amazing little die set. Quite easy to use and not at all fiddly ( as I was afraid it would be....). Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the outside of this gift card holder, before I sent it on its merry way to England for Sarah to use in a promotion. In this new release there will also be a headphone die. You'll see it on Friday.  Friday will be the release day. There will be five new large sets, a black & white paper pad amazing new dies! Yeah, I just was the random winner at the Die Cuts Divas last challenge - of course I have to play again. This time the theme is "Anything but a card". I decided to make a few gift card pillow boxes. There are always so many birthdays - can't have too many of those.... I think they are gender neutral... more or less.... I used the Papertrey pillow box die. The word dies are also Papertrey. The "for" actually says "forever", but its easy enough to cut it off. The little bird is from Memory box. The elephant is on of those $stamps from Michaels and the turtle is from Inkadinkadoo. I stamped them and fuzzy cut them.  Some twine and a little scalloped punch as a tag. The paper is by Dream Street. The pillowbox die is cleverly designed - you can make 4 boxed from one sheet of paper.  I did not fold the boxed in the bottom image - its easier to store them flat.
