Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies June Challenge

Hi Everyone,

i am back with a card for the Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies June Challenge!

As the challenge says - ANYTHING is possible, just use your dies! This card I made with a left over negative die cut from Poppy Dies I kept in my stash basically forever.... Thanks to that trick with the Glad Press'n Seal I learned form Jennifer McGuire it was not that difficult to transfer all those fiddly little pieces....

The Birthday die is by Simon Says and the happy stamp is by HLS - the birthday set. Added some sequins.

So come on and play along - that's what you can win:

Happy Die Cutting!

Love it! Love the design - it's very striking and without press n seal, you'd have lost patience I imagine! Beautifully put together :) xx

Great card Cornelia, love the card stock you used and the die I reckon half the time it looks more striking in the negative. Wonderful card and like you I love that Press n Seal. I have found you can reuse too so when I empty a piece I wrap it round the table leg( which is thick wood) and just grab that next time I need it. Also decorate the table rim and legs with masking tape that is reusable lol.

Klasse!!!

WOW! Fiddly pieces are no match for the magic of Press & Seal. The card just jumps off the page at you over at HLS. I nearly broke my finger getting over here on your blog to tell you how fabulous it is. Love the design and colors your chose. Perfection.

I love the way you keep and use the negative die cuts - the last time, it was a word die cut and I had loved that too! This one... just stole my heart!!

That must be metallic paper, Cornelia. It has such a rich sheen to it that makes the card very elegant.

Katzelkraft - Stampotique Raven

Hi Everyone, Do you know that   Katzelkraft has aquired Stampotique stamps? This fun raven is designed by Daniel Torrente (#6314). I used an old background from my stashs.  I stamped the bird and colored it with alcohol ink markers.  I brushed distrss ink onto the background and added some pattern with the   Mandala Magic stencil  from Funky Fossil Designs.I used one of the border stamps on the left for more interest.  Stamped the sentiment  and doodled a frame around the sentiment.Added a googly eye to the bird and drew in some eye lashes.  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Spiral Borders - KTZ286,  Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276  (FRANCE) Spiral Borders  - KTZ286 , Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276 (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Thanks for visiting! Happy Stamping! Linking up with: Simon Says Wednesday challenge  - fur or feathers

Combined So Suzy and The Ton Blog Hop

Hi Everyone, I am sooooo excited to be part of this amazing event - a combined hop between So Suzy Stamps and The Ton! I have been eyeing The Ton stamps and dies for quite a while - they are just gorgeous! And So Suzy - well you have seen their stamps on my blog - they are simply fabulous! I also love that they are made from rubber - its different stamping with them. Its much better for generational stamping and they don't stick to your paper when you use your Misti. You may have arrived from the fabulous  Eunji - its a hard act to follow her.... I got those gorgeous  Peonies Dies  from The Ton and die cut them with water color paper. Spritzed Dylusion inks on a sheet of plastic and dipped the dies into the colors. Mounted them onto black card stock. Added the So Suzy Birthday sentiment - heat embossed in white. Lastly I added a strip of envelope liner paper at the bottom. Here are my supplies: So Suzy Birthday sentiment ,  Peo...
