Oh that bird is so funny and sweet.
Love your bold coloring - and it certainly stands out and makes a bold statement!
Your card is beautiful!! LOVE the colours and the watercolouring :) I haven't tried the hidden word technique yet but after seeing your card I think I might give it a go :)
Hi Cornelia! You went one step ahead than others using this technique. I see that you prepare a green background, you cut out the sentiment and then you stamping bird. As a result, it looks as if the words were against bird and partly it covered! WOW! Very clever! And as always, there is your beautiful energetic colors. I love it!
I'm glad, however, NBUS :-))
Hugs,
BożenA
Just had to pop over from Darnell's blog to have a closer look at your gorgeous card. Love the colours, the super bird and the way you placed the hidden word xx
I just love your cards. They are just a little bit off in a good way. I look forward to getting one delivered to my mailbox.
Super fun take on the sketch!
Love this fun, bright card! Your coloring is fabulous. Thanks for joining in at STB
This is really awesome!! I just LOVE your bold colors and I love the "half" colored sentiment too!!
So colorful, Cornelia. I love my Crazy Birds and this one is similar.
Had fun reading this post. Fabulous vibrant colours, fun bird and loving the almost hidden message and the almost NBUS stamps....Great retrieve with the Happy stamp x
Love your bright colors and I think the Happy Birthday is hidden perfectly! This card really pops Cornelia! Thanks for being in our gallery at Seize the Birthday!
Not to worry, I always find something in my enormous stash that I haven't used before. Your ink blending is amazing. That bird looks delightful perched on his slanted, birthday platform although his expression makes you wonder whether it's a "happy" birthday or not. Just kidding...every birthday is happy as long as you're breathing.
Can't leave without telling you that everyday I look at my card from you and laugh right out loud at that deflated elephant. Thanks for making my year.
Gorgeous colouring, Cornelia ... beautiful blending ... love how you've semi-camouflaged the die cut word! Hugs, Anita :)
Fabulous and fun card....your coloring is so amazing!
Love the fun bird image and your coloring is fabulous!
Ach, klasse!!!
(so könnte man seinen Blick interpretieren)!!
That little bird has such an expressive face! Love the camouflaged sentiment, too! Great take on the sketch, Cornelia!
Du weißt - ich liebe deine Knallerfarbenkarten ;))
Eine gute Woche, behalte die Nerven !!
Ganz liebe Grüsse Elisabeth
You did a brilliant job with that bird, Cornelia, and with how you showcased him! Is it just me or does he look like he just did kaka on someone's head?! I'm glad you used that happy! I have another friend who made a card using both the steganography AND the CASEing and realized when she was all done that there wasn't anything NBUS on her card! I felt so bad for her!
Thank you so much for playing in my NBUS Challenge #9! Thank you, too, for your kind get well messages! I'm doing great today and hope you are, too! Hugs, Darnell
