Stamped on watercolor paper and water colored, let it drip....The silver color is by Finetec - love those!

Oh my goodness, Cornelia, I LOVE your card. I have two art teacher in my family (daughter and granddaughter) and several other art related stamp sets but the sentiments in this one are fantastic.
