Muse #151

Hi Everyone,

I have not played with the Muse challenge in a while, even that I really wanted to play along, but tonight I finally managed to make a card for the current challenge. Michele Ferguson made this cool, graphic card and I immediately knew what die I  would use to CASE her card:

It's a  Marianne die, I used it last year a couple of times. I just love it -it reminds me about the LOVE sculpture by Robert Indiana. Oops, just read this weeks requirements....

Well I am not into pop songs - no way I can guess Michele's song... can you guess mine? Actually its not a song, its a piano piece written by someone long dead. He never married, was kind of grumpy - got enough hints?

Here is Michele's fun card:

I just added some washi tape and an enamel dot.

So, not sure if I still can play along, but what the heck - this is card making and not song guessing... ;)
I'm linking it up!

Also linking up with:

LOVE stamping!

Gorgeous card!!! I LOve that die!
I only had one guess, but it was by the Carpenters ... couldn't be right! But you are right, it is about the cards! Thanks so much for playing along, Cornelia!

Oh Klasse!!! Da hast du aber genau die richtige Stanze in deinem Fundus!!!
Die gewinnt bestimmt, weil sie sich soooooo genau an das original hält. Ich halte die Augen offen.
Dir ein schönes schneeloses Wochenende,
Flo

I adore your LOVE card, Cornelia! The inlaid heart, the washi tape edges...crushing all over this! This doesn't need a song to accompany it at all; it's a winner all on its own!

Great take on Michele's card ... love the black & white striped washi - it's like the piano - perfect for a song inspired card.
No idea of the grumpy man & his song.

It's definitely a winner, whether it qualifies or not. Love everything about it, the colors, the die, the whole design and, of course, the embellishments. Like swanlady21, haven't a clue who your grumpy man is.

CLEVER! Same, but different. Trying to think of the music. I think Beethoven was married. I know Mozart was. Glad you joined us this week, Cornelia!
