OOoops - published a day early.......well, gives you extra time to prepare.... Hi my Friends - its time for another sketch challenge at STAMPlorations ! This is a fun one - you'll love it! We also have a very talented Guest Designer  - Kathy from Stamps at Play ! But first my card: I used the  VIGNETTE: Artful Flutters . I stamped the butterfly on watercolor paper, inked it up with my Kaleidocolor ink pad and spritzed it with water, before I stamped it. Hi Everybody,  its another challenge at Dream Valley and quite appropriately its Easter Day! Don't we all need to make some more Easter cards? Here is you chance to link them up! I used the Papertrey Take Tree die for this card. The bunnies are from Stamping Up- Ears to You and teh sentiments are Craft smart stamps from Michaels. I made the bunny eyes with liquid enamel and colored the ears a bit with Copics, to give those bunnies more dimension. I made a bunch of Thank You cards for my son, so that he finally can write his thank you notes for his birthday gift. I really wanted him to make them, but that did not work out....... and then I check my blog list and what do I see - the reminder post for: Color Throwdown has the same colors - it is a beautiful color combo, isn't it?? First I thought that is some fantastic caterpillar - but then Sherrie pointed out that they are a bunch of birds - LOL - my eyesight must be going.... I made that card for the Keep it Simple challenge - the theme is "Lecker- Delicious". What could be more delicious than a crisp juicy apple and a sweet pear at its peak of ripeness??? I love to eat fruit, so that's what delicious is for me :) I hope you like my card - I certainly do. The stamps are by Stamp in the Hand and the sentiment is a concoction of TAWS stamps heat embossed on vellum. The vellum was a snippet - therefore I am also linking this up with the Snippets Playground  and CAS is the theme at Addicted to Stamps

Its LUCK over at CASology - took me a while to come up with something...... I took this from the periodic table of the elements - choosing Lutetium, Carbon and Potassium. I composed it and printed this out with my ancient printer. In case you are wondering about the pig - pigs are supposed to bring you good luck in Germany ( so called Gluecksschwein - I am German, in case you don't know). The sentiment is from a Hero Arts Christmas set called Merriest Wishes - I only used a part of it.....The little piggy is one of those $1 Michaels stamps and the arrow is Heidi Swap - another steal from Michaels And just that you don't think I am that brilliant - I got the inspiration from a pretty ugly lunch bag, that I found  by chance on the internet...                                                               ...
