Topflight Stamps - Surprise

Hi Everyone,

This week it's all about paint on the Topflight blog. Time to give my Fresco paints some love.
I pulled out my gel press pad and went to work on some backgrounds. Hard to put  a stop to it - I always create a whole lot of them, but they come in really handy at times! I selected one of them. The orange blob in the middle looked like a balloon to me. So that's where the inspiration came from.
I rummaged through my stamps and thought the Katzelkraft rabbit would be the best animal to hold the balloon. Stamped him onto the card and then again onto scrap paper, colored him and cut him out. Did the same with the fly - was not in the initial plan, but then thought it would be a great counterpoint. Stamped the greenery and glued the animals onto the card. Added the heat embossed sentiment.

I hope you liked this. Thanks for visiting.
See you next week with more Topflight Stamps inspiration.

And here are the stamp supplies I used:

Der Hintergrund ist klasse!!! Sieht etwas nach Sonnenuntergang aus. Gut, dass Du einen Ballon dazu gestaltet hast. Und das Gewächs links passt hervorragend ins Bild.
Cute fun scene and beautiful colors!

Vibrant and, oh so, happy little scene and, as usual, the coloring is spot on.

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose. Well, I'll see how it goes....                           Anyhow here is the card that came out of this: I did not want to add a sentiment - I 'll add it later, when I know who will get it. And here is a close -up: Challenges: Dynamic Duos CAS Colours and Sketches Addicted to Stamps and More Amusing Challenges Materials: Papertrey Background Basics: Super Stripes, Memory Box Chloe Stem die. --X-- Card for Maddy: You may know already about  Maddy ,  who  was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and went through chemotherapy treatment followed by a stem cell transplant from her (then) fiftee...
