Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps - Frightfully Spooky Halloween

Hi Everybody,

I love Halloween and the latest Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamp release added to my beloved stash of Halloween stamps. The new stamps are simply delightful!

My stamp supplies:

I started out with a white base card. Planned out where the cat and bug would be and masked off the area of the face. Sponged first the yellow and worked my way up with orange and purple distress inks. Used a cloud stencil. Sponged the bottom with brown and olive green. Added the cat, bug and  bats and heat embossed them. I also heat embossed the sentiment. By mistake I grabbed the white for the top part.....I decided it's okay and left it that way..... Colored in the eyes of the cat and bug with markers. In the end I added some ancient ant stickers from my stash. In retrospect it would have been easier to stamp the critters first and heat emboss them and then sponge.... next time, I guess....

Happy Stamping!

Love that cat and that you included creepy crawlies in your scene but, to me, that background is drop-dead, eerily gorgeous. Super spooky.

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey.
