Hi Everyone,
welcome our third Day of the Month Card Club challenge!
It's "Save the Rhino" day, which is celebrated on May first. For more info on this day just go to the DOTMCC challenge.
The Rhinoceros has been around for million of years, but it has been hunted to near extinction. It belongs to the species of odd-toed ungulates. Those are hoofed animals—ungulates—which bear most of their weight on one (an odd number) of the five toes: the third toe. Interesting, right?!
Let's hope the rhino does not become extinct and lets celebrate the still surviving rhinos and hope they will thrive and multiply, unharmed by poachers and horn hunters.
The rhino I used is from a cute Stampin up set - I have the German version. The sentiment says I love you very much. The background I made with an iStencil - one of my favorites from them.
It looks so 3-D! I colored the rhino with Inktense and cut it out. Put some glossy accents on its horn. Added Bakers Twine.
Now I hope you will have time to
I am counting on you! You have until the end of the month (5/31) to do so.
This is a voting challenge - the winner will be determined by vote. Everybody can vote, even if you didn't play along. Voting starts on the first of the following month - June first.
The 3 participants with the most votes will win.
The winners will be showcased on the 5th of each month and the new challenge will start each month on the seventh.
And to make it more fun and appealing it would be great if you could comment on at least 3 other participants - perhaps you'll find some new friends that way.
There is always a reason to celebrate!

Mal sehen, ob ich da mitmachen kann, ob sich ein Nashorn unter meinen Stempeln befindet.
