Rubber Dance Big Day with Mama Owl

Hi Everyone,

I had so much fun playing around with my new Rubber Dance stamps!

My stamp supplies:

This card evolved, if I may say so.....I started out with the owl on Kraft card stock and colored it with Inktense pencils. I then ruined my card, with making a grey outline around the owl. Looked hideous.... I then fuzzy cut the owl and found her a new background paper. I thought it needed something else, so I heat embossed the florals before I glued the owl to the background. I added white gel pen accents to the owl. Die cut the sentiment twice and mounted it to the card.

I finally was happy with the result. Hope you like it, too.

Don't forget our challenge is still going for a few more days, until the end of the month. Play along, if you find time!
It runs all month long over in the Facebook Rubber Dance Stamping Lounge and its  those three colors you see below or anything goes with Rubber Dance stamps.

No photo description available.

Happy Rubber Dancing!

The rainbow plumage on this distinctive, intricate, fabulous owl is gorgeous, Cornelia ... she's wonderful against the bold blue! So worth having her 'evolve'! Hugs, Anita :)

WOW! WOW! WOW! I think you did exactly the right this with your owl. He's beautiful and even framible. You've even given him the perfect backgroung. Hang him on the wall.

Hmmmm, I think that misguided moves lead to the greatest successes, Cornelia. This card looks stunning, with a bold background color. Perfect, perfect composition. Thank you for inspiration.
