So Suzy & Crackerbox Stamps - Harry Christmas

Hi Everyone,

I have been playing with the new So Suzy & Crackerbox Stamps release.
Using some of those Harry Potter stamps and turned them into a Christmas card......
I must admit, I saw something similar on Pinterest and "recreated" it

My Crackerbox and So Suzy Stamp supplies:

I first gessoed a page from a dictionary, let it dry and ironed it, as the Gesso wrinkled the paper.

Before I started stamping, I masked of the "ME" from the word Merry on the stamp with a piece of Scotch tape (after I had inked it up)

I drew in the Ha - to turn the Merry into Harry.
Stamped and tore the paper to fit an A2 card base.

Attached the dictionary page to a piece of designer paper (Alexandra Renke)
Added some gold string and a little gold brad.

I had also colored the letter with Finetec Mica colors and added a few white gel pen accents to the glasses and the sentiment.

Our current promotions:

All Christmas Stamps are 15% off in the month of November

No automatic alt text available.

And this wonderful sentiment is 50%off in November

Too clever by half. LOVE that you altered the sentiment and included all those Potter icons. And, of course, you know I'd love the colors. You're really good at this, girl.

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. And here are bigger photos from this set: Linking up with Creative with Stamps - Easter The Paper Players - die cutting Die Cut Divas - animals Happy Little Stampers - anything goes with dies

And we are celebrating this wonderful occasion with a special blog hop! You may have arrived from the wonderful Giada , our Italian contingent :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY Suzanne! Added lots of splatters and the heat embossed sentiment Your next stop on the hop is the talented Henriette - you are going to love her card! And just in case you get lost - below are all the participants listed. Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose. Well, I'll see how it goes....                           Anyhow here is the card that came out of this: I did not want to add a sentiment - I 'll add it later, when I know who will get it. And here is a close -up: Challenges: Dynamic Duos CAS Colours and Sketches Addicted to Stamps and More Amusing Challenges Materials: Papertrey Background Basics: Super Stripes, Memory Box Chloe Stem die. --X-- Card for Maddy: You may know already about  Maddy ,  who  was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and went through chemotherapy treatment followed by a stem cell transplant from her (then) fiftee...
