Muse Christmas Visions #112

Hi Everyone,

for the next two weeks Rebecca Yahrling is going to be your Muse at Muse Christmas Visions.

So pretty and so many ways to CASE this.

You see I went along with the CAS theme and the bird. I stenciled the background and used that new eraser technique that I learned recently from Papierelle. So easy and I love how this turns out. You may want to visit her blog, to find you how to do this. She is also having a little linky party and you can play along and win a cute little snowman stamp.
The stencil is from Neat&Tangled, the stamps are by Technique Tuesday. Instead of blue I went with red accents.

Have fun CASEing. I can't wait to see what you will come up with!

So come and play along! You'll have lots of time, the linky list closes at 7:59 AM EST on Monday, November 12th.

See you at MCV!

I love the inspiration you took from Rebecca. And this technique is easy, so I may be able to do it (yes, I checked out Papierelle's blog). Those long legged birds always delight me and just that touche of red with the sentiment makes it festive.

what a darling design this is and those loooooong legged birds are fantastic!! Have to look into them since I am a birdie addict. This is only the 2nd time I am hearing about the eraser technique; will have to investigate!

Was für eine tolle Karte und ein weiteres sehr schönes Beispiel, wie vielseitig diese Radiertechnik ist. Danke, das Du auch diese Karte bei meiner kleinen Challenge verlinkt hast. Viel Glück!!
Wonderful cards and great use of stencils.

Katzelkraft - Stampotique Raven

Hi Everyone, Do you know that   Katzelkraft has aquired Stampotique stamps? This fun raven is designed by Daniel Torrente (#6314). I used an old background from my stashs.  I stamped the bird and colored it with alcohol ink markers.  I brushed distrss ink onto the background and added some pattern with the   Mandala Magic stencil  from Funky Fossil Designs.I used one of the border stamps on the left for more interest.  Stamped the sentiment  and doodled a frame around the sentiment.Added a googly eye to the bird and drew in some eye lashes.  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Spiral Borders - KTZ286,  Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276  (FRANCE) Spiral Borders  - KTZ286 , Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276 (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Thanks for visiting! Some more Christmas Cards...

Hi Everyone, there still are some Christmas cards  I made awhile ago and have not yet posted.... This one I made for the  Runway Inspired Challenge . The inspiration photo is below. I found it a little tricky to make this into a Christmas card, but with the help  of Neat&Tangled stamps it worked....The stitched dies are by Simon Says. Added some Washi tape on top (the headdress) and silver glitter paper at the bottom (the floor and silver shoes) and voila a Christmas card! My second card I made with an iStencil, gold embossing paste, faux pearls, an enamel dot and lots of splatters. The stitched die I cut the Kraft panel with is by Simon Says. I love this stencil and stenciled cards are just so quick and easy to make. I used this one for several cards this year, on of which you can see HERE . http://www.istencils.com/store/products/22-00029 I am linking up this card with: Stamps and fun=Creativity - Christmas U...
