Hi Everyone,
today's card is for the So Suzy March Themes and Techniques feature.
The theme is Flowers and Spring
The technique is Stencilling
My stamp supplies:
Lets get started:
I stamped the ranuncula stamps onto a scrap piece of Strathmore Bristol paper and colored them with my watercolor pens - very quickly - a blob of yellow in the center and a ring of orange around it and then blended the colors.
Did similar coloring with the tulip stamp and fuzzy cut them.
Selected a bright green card stock and sponged green inks over the stencil.
Took the stencil off and arranged the flowers.
Used Press'n Seal to keep the arrangement intact
And glued them onto my card base. Added the heat embossed sentiment and an enamel dot.
Hope you liked this!
By the way - do you know about the So Suzy Podcasts? They are so informative! The latest one is about selling your handmade cards - get rid of your stockpile and make money for new craft supplies :)
