I took one of the artsy border stamps and heat embossed it repeatedly in white. Water colored it. Let it dry and used the stitched border die. Stamped the Marigold and fuzzy cut it, but I did give it a longer stem. Added some paper strips on the side and added velum under the THANKS.

At our  Inspiration Project posts have a monthly random drawing - 1 commenter wins a $10 gift certificate. So look at all those fabulous cards the Inspiration Girls made and leave them some love! It may pay off :)

Such a fun card, Cornelia. Wish I had ordered that stitched rectangle die when I placed my order. But then, there's always next time...

Hello Cornelia: I'm always astonished at your color washes and now, you made this fabulous card using one of the stitched dies on my long wish list. Love the awesome design on this card, the torn vellum looks amazing under your die cut sentiment.
Thank you for playing along with Shopping Our Stash, hope you join us again soon.

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. I love the inspiration picture for the current Sunday stamps challenge , so I pulled out my ancient Hero Arts stamp to make this card.  The sentiment is by Unity stamps. Did some masking and sponging. I also performed a little surgery on my stamp, as those falling dandelion seeds are attached to the main stamp. Just a little cut with my Exacto knife and I set them free! I am also linking up with: Mod Squad Challenge  - Anything but Christmas (exactly how I feel....)
