Festive Friday #13

 Hello Friends,

it has ever so slightly cooled off here in new Jersey, although that much needed rain did not really happen. My garden is thirsty.... I will have to start watering soon.... The humidity dropped, too and that makes it more bearable. So I climbed up the stair into my card room and tried to cool off with a Christmas card....Isn't that inspiration picture delicious?

I pulled out my mod tree die from Memory box, dry embossed white card stock with it and then die cut it in silvery, shimmer card stock.

The sentiment is from Hero Arts Decorate your Holidays. The little pink dots I made with the Memory Box Bubble Joy die (also a shimmer paper) and the pink star is from a Papertrey die.

It was kind of a pain to glue on all those little dots, but in the end it was worth it - what do you think?

This card I'll put into the Festive Friday challenge and the Merry Monday challenge - Anything goes.

--X--

And here are more of my Germany vacation photos - as you can see, the weather is slowly getting better....

A collection of garden gnomes...

My son in a playground in Munich.

The castle in my hometown, called Burg Trausnitz

And here are more pictures from my hometown Landshut. it is really pretty there.

Pretty! I love the idea of embossing the tree underneath - lots of interest and dimension. And that's a great idea for getting lots of little confetti circles! Thanks for playing with Festive Friday!

It was totally worth it! Your card came out amazing! I live making and seeing frosty cards in this time of year. This help me handle the heat.
I was hesitating buying this dies but now I definitely want them.
And your home town - so nice and pretty! It even hurts a bit how pretty it is!!!
