Katzelkraft - You are Purrfect!

    Hi Everyone,

I am back with my weekly Katzelkraft post.
We are getting closer to Valentine's Day, so I made a card for this occasion. Thankfully you can use Katzelkraft stamps for just about any occasion! No special sets required!

I used one of my left over backgrounds that had just a tiny bit of ink on it. I stamped the animal directly onto the card and masked it. Used the Wonky Hearts stencil from Funky Fossil Designs fo rmy background and shifted it. Brushed the hearts again with whatever color was left on the brush. Also brushed a bit more with blue in between the hearts. I colored the animal with water colors. Stamped the sentiment. Used a stitched die to cut the card to size and mounted it onto blue card stock.

The stamps I used are from the following set:
Chat pensive - SOLO178, Dog Stamps - KTZ296  (FRANCE)
Pensive Cat - SOLO178, You are Purrfect - KTZ296  (USA)

Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.
Thanks for visiting!
Happy Stamping!

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. And here are bigger photos from this set: Linking up with Creative with Stamps - Easter The Paper Players - die cutting Die Cut Divas - animals Happy Little Stampers - anything goes with dies

Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose. Well, I'll see how it goes....                           Anyhow here is the card that came out of this: I did not want to add a sentiment - I 'll add it later, when I know who will get it. And here is a close -up: Challenges: Dynamic Duos CAS Colours and Sketches Addicted to Stamps and More Amusing Challenges Materials: Papertrey Background Basics: Super Stripes, Memory Box Chloe Stem die. --X-- Card for Maddy: You may know already about  Maddy ,  who  was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and went through chemotherapy treatment followed by a stem cell transplant from her (then) fifteen year old sister Melanie.  She now has a relapse and this car

Dandelion and Christmas Trees

Hi  Everyone, I am getting tired of making Christmas cards.... I needed a break from them. I love the inspiration picture for the current Sunday stamps challenge , so I pulled out my ancient Hero Arts stamp to make this card.  The sentiment is by Unity stamps. Did some masking and sponging. I also performed a little surgery on my stamp, as those falling dandelion seeds are attached to the main stamp. Just a little cut with my Exacto knife and I set them free! I am also linking up with: Mod Squad Challenge  - Anything but Christmas (exactly how I feel....) Happy Little Stampers Dec CAS Challenge   -  Favorite Technique (sponging is my favorite)    But I do have a Christmas card for you, in fact I  made two - they are slightly different - do you see it? My materials are: tree dies - Papertrey, sentiment - Simon Says stamps, some punches, gingham stamp - Stampin' up, PP cut with a die by Paper Smooches, added a little bit of Stickles to the tre
