Katzelkraft - Mistakes

Hi Everyone,

here is my weekly Katzelkraft post.

My stamp supplies:

Adventure Begins - KTZ203, Les Dentes - KTZ227 (FRANCE)

Adventure Begins - KTZ203, Toothy Animals - KTZ227 (USA)

I used an old background, which I made with my gel plate. I stamped the sorry looking animal (?) and colored it with water brush pens and markers. I used my ScanN'Cut to cut it out and glued it to the background after I stamped the sentiment. I used black distress ink to sponge around the borders.

The sentiment fits this critter to a tee but I don't know why? Maybe it's that he looks wonky and those skinny legs aren't enough for his body. Anyway, love the unique look and, of course, the vivid colors.

House of Cards April Challenge

Hi Everyone, its challenge time at House of Cards ! This month theme is going to be add a butterfly and/or color challenge. I added two butterflies here - from STAMPlorations - Artful Flutters . Colored them with alcohol inks. The background I made with a stencil by iStencil - just put it down straight and sponged it with distress inks. The sentiment is by Papertrey.
