Sympathy cards with Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps

Hi Everybody,

Some of the products I have used have been provided to me from various companies I design for. Affiliate links may be used in the links provided below.

Unfortunately COVID 19 struck New Jersey hard and I needed  several sympathy cards. Such  disturbing times......
Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps has a nice selection of them, you can see them all HERE.

I made a background with alcohol inks. always amazing what you can create with them.
The sentiment you can find HERE. I stamped it on vellum. I also used a larger sentiment inside, but I forgot to photograph it. You can see it  HERE

This is the second card I made. Same stamps, just different background.

Here are the 20% off stamp sale categories and card techniques.
We also have a big sale on nurse, doctor and medical-stamps.

Image may contain: textNo photo description available.

You can get $5.00 store credit once a week. Each month we will have several categories on sale for 20% OFF and a technique for that month. All you have to do is make a card with at least one stamp from the sales category and use the technique (in May its "do a fold") and
Vicky will put $5.00 on your store account and leave you a comment that it is done. We can't wait to see your creative work!

Sadly, I need a few of these, as well. Mine are NOT as beautifully done as yours. Love the way the alcohol inks blend and swirl so well and create the appropriate background. The sentiments are ideal.

I am so sorry you lost some friends because of a pandemic. The situation we are in is already depressing, and the loss of close people is a huge blow. I feel sorry for you, Cornelia. Your cards are so perfect for the occasion. The colors and designs you created using AI are amazing. Stay healthy and safe, Cornelia
hugs,

I'm so sorry that you needed this type of card, Cornelia, but you have created 2 beautiful examples. The alcohol ink has produced such an arty, contemporary look and the sentiment is just perfect.
Have a lovely weekend.
Hugs

I'm sorry you needed these cards, Cornelia ... though I'm certain they and your thoughts inside will bring comfort to the bereaved ... they're subtle and stylish and beautifully understated. Hugs, Anita :)

Katzelkraft - Stampotique Raven

Hi Everyone, Do you know that   Katzelkraft has aquired Stampotique stamps? This fun raven is designed by Daniel Torrente (#6314). I used an old background from my stashs.  I stamped the bird and colored it with alcohol ink markers.  I brushed distrss ink onto the background and added some pattern with the   Mandala Magic stencil  from Funky Fossil Designs.I used one of the border stamps on the left for more interest.  Stamped the sentiment  and doodled a frame around the sentiment.Added a googly eye to the bird and drew in some eye lashes.  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Spiral Borders - KTZ286,  Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276  (FRANCE) Spiral Borders  - KTZ286 , Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276 (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Thanks for visiting! Some more Christmas Cards...

Hi Everyone, there still are some Christmas cards  I made awhile ago and have not yet posted.... This one I made for the  Runway Inspired Challenge . The inspiration photo is below. I found it a little tricky to make this into a Christmas card, but with the help  of Neat&Tangled stamps it worked....The stitched dies are by Simon Says. Added some Washi tape on top (the headdress) and silver glitter paper at the bottom (the floor and silver shoes) and voila a Christmas card! My second card I made with an iStencil, gold embossing paste, faux pearls, an enamel dot and lots of splatters. The stitched die I cut the Kraft panel with is by Simon Says. I love this stencil and stenciled cards are just so quick and easy to make. I used this one for several cards this year, on of which you can see HERE . http://www.istencils.com/store/products/22-00029 I am linking up this card with: Stamps and fun=Creativity - Christmas U...
