STAMPlorations Inspiration #231 and a Farewell

Hi Everyone,
its inspiration time at STAMPlorations
For me this is going to be me last inspiration post - I am stepping down from this wonderful team. I have been with STAMPlorations almost from the beginning and have been watching this company grow and prosper. It was a wonderful experience and I will miss it dearly. However work has made my life difficult and I don't know what the future will hold for me. I simply could not commit to another term.

I wanted to say thank you to Shery Russ the owner and mastermind behind STAMPlorations for all her hard work, for having faith in me, supplying me with those wonderful stamps and letting me be part of this!  Extra thanks also to Monika Skinner our hard working blog coordinator!

My stamp supplies:

Thankful for Autumn, Mixed Media Elements

I stamped the pumpkins. Masked them. Smooshed the background. Used some Mixed Media elemnt stamps to color the pumpkins. Trimmed my panel and added a thin strip of black paper. Stamped the sentiment.

Throughout August, all stamps, stencils, and dies (excluding retiring stamps) are 10% off -- no coupon needed.

Or even better use code STAMPGIRLCORNELIA
to get 20% off on all stamps, stencils, and dies on all regular- and sale-priced items in the store.

All our  Inspiration Project posts have a monthly random drawing - 1 commenter wins a $10 gift certificate. So look at all those fabulous cards the Inspiration Girls made and leave them some love! It may pay off :)

Happy Stamping!

Such a fun card, Cornelia. I'm sad to hear you're stepping down from the STAMPlorations team, but I can totally understand that it can be hard to combine work and life with DT commitments. I'm already struggling to keep up with playing in my favourite challenges.

Katzelkraft - Stampotique Raven

Hi Everyone, Do you know that   Katzelkraft has aquired Stampotique stamps? This fun raven is designed by Daniel Torrente (#6314). I used an old background from my stashs.  I stamped the bird and colored it with alcohol ink markers.  I brushed distrss ink onto the background and added some pattern with the   Mandala Magic stencil  from Funky Fossil Designs.I used one of the border stamps on the left for more interest.  Stamped the sentiment  and doodled a frame around the sentiment.Added a googly eye to the bird and drew in some eye lashes.  The stamps I used are from the following sets: Spiral Borders - KTZ286,  Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276  (FRANCE) Spiral Borders  - KTZ286 , Whatchamacallit  - KTZ276 (USA) Hope you liked this - I'll be back next Wednesday with more Katzelkraft inspiration.  Thanks for visiting! Some more Christmas Cards...

Hi Everyone, there still are some Christmas cards  I made awhile ago and have not yet posted.... This one I made for the  Runway Inspired Challenge . The inspiration photo is below. I found it a little tricky to make this into a Christmas card, but with the help  of Neat&Tangled stamps it worked....The stitched dies are by Simon Says. Added some Washi tape on top (the headdress) and silver glitter paper at the bottom (the floor and silver shoes) and voila a Christmas card! My second card I made with an iStencil, gold embossing paste, faux pearls, an enamel dot and lots of splatters. The stitched die I cut the Kraft panel with is by Simon Says. I love this stencil and stenciled cards are just so quick and easy to make. I used this one for several cards this year, on of which you can see HERE . http://www.istencils.com/store/products/22-00029 I am linking up this card with: Stamps and fun=Creativity - Christmas U...
