Stamp Connection #6

Hi Everyone,

Connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Tanja from Little Art Cottage and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 3rd Sunday of the month and this is our fifth transatlantic get-together!

This time it was Tanja's turn to pick the requirements :

Shaker card and animal

For quite a while I had that duck from your Next Stamp quacking at me to get used - well - now its her turn! Combined it with some patterned paper. The sentiment comes with the duck.

Did my usual thing  - using fun foam as a spacer. The window is die cut with a die by Simon Says. The duck is colored with Copics. Filled in Microbeads and various sequins.

Happy Stamping!

You quack me up, too. What a fun, happy card. What's not to love about ducks, darling patterned paper and a shaker to boot. Tanya's got her work cut out for her.

I've fallen behind in commenting and will catch up soon, but had to pop in to let you know how fabulous Mr. Duck is, especially as a shaker! You're showcasing the YNS stuff so well, that I'm inclined to go shopping (and there's been too much shopping of late, but...you're so enabling *grin*)

Oh this is just way too cute. I love that image and how you worked the sketch into a shaker card. Just perfect. That paper is adorable too. Thanks for sharing your super sweet card with us for our sketch challenge at Your Next stamp.

What a little cutie, I always forget about putting an image inside my shaker cards. And so lovely to have someone to craft with, do you live far from each other?? Must pop over to Tanja's blog now to see what she did!

Great take on the sketch, I like that you turned it in to a shaker. Plus, a shaker card is perfect for this party guy! Thanks for joining in the fun at YNS!
