Hi Everybody, and yet another Christmas card. What else, at this time of the year, right?! I masked the moon and sponged around with various inks. Added the Santa and put a tiny red gem on Rudolph's nose.  Added water splatters and white ink splatters. Added  the sentiment. This is really easy to make and fairly quick. Hi Everyone, I hope you are enjoying my Christmas card marathon.... Here i made a card with Funky Fossil Designs  new  Festive Penguins  set. I also used one of the  new stencils.  This one is called Scandi quilt . It is just perfect for the Holidays!  Here is the complete set: Festive Penguins I started out with using clear embossing paste and the stencil. After it had dried completely, I sponged distress oxide ink from top to bottom to create the ombre effect. I stamped and colored the penguin and cut it out, including those little antlers. Hi Everyone, as you all know, Wednesday is Katzelkraft day on my blog.  As soon as I saw the elephant on the new set Les Sauvages I knew I wanted to turn him into a Dali elephant. And I am so happy I succeeded. Here is the full set  Les Sauvages   KTZ228 : I stamped and masked the elephant. Sponged the background with distress inks and created the landscape. Colored  the elephant with Inktense pencils and markers and elongated his legs. I did not want to add a sentiment. Do you like Salvador Dali as much as I do? Hi Everybody, there are two challenges out there that I wanted to really play along - one is Less is More  with pick a triangle and the other challenge is  AAA Cards  - made in minutes.  I figured I need to combine the two. I gathered my craft supplies - an embossing folder by Alexandra Renke, a cutting plate from Neat&Tangled, my favorite reindeer from Dixie Crafts and an already made background from my stash. I also used a Sizzix triangle die and a little star die from Lil Inkers. Once I had my supplies making the card really only took a few minutes - way under 30 minutes. I even added a bit of sponged around my die cut trianglular tree. I did die cut the deer 3 times and glued it together - goes very fast, too. Hi Everybody, I have not played in the Twofer challenge in a while, due to time constraints. But I made sure I am not missing it this time.  I wanted to use this wonderful die I recently won in an Instagram give-away by Poppy Stamps. Thank you so much Poppy Stamps - I love this little beauty! Here are closer views of my cards: This actually was the second card as I was not willing to throw out the negative die cut I got from cutting the white sprig for my first card. Thought it might look nice adding some vellum sprigs. It think it does. Added a gold thread and selective gold foiling. Also gold foiled the sentiment (Hero Arts). I just die cut the mistletoe in 3 different colors and tied them together with a red string. Added the sentiment and stars (Mama Elephant), as well as Washi tape. Added a bit of Stickles. The fat bee is from the set Les Australians   KTZ225, see below : I also used the bigger one of the Torn Papers ,  KTZ171 I did some masking. Colored with water Inktense pencils. Added the sentiment.
