Topflight Stamps - You Talkin' to me

Hi Everyone,

This week the theme is "media" at the Topflight blog.

I used my gel plate and a Visible Image stencil to make the background. I stamped the birds onto the background and stamped them again onto scrap paper, as well as the cat. Cut them out and added them to the stamped images on the background. Heat embossed the sentiment and added it. Trimmed the card and added a strip of patterned paper to the side.

Die Katze kommt aber sehr arogant daher! Vermutlich will sie die Vögel täuschen und dann, wenn die Katze um die Ecke gebogen ist und die Vögel sich in Sicherheit wiegen, schlägt sie zu.

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose. Dandelion and Christmas Trees

Hi Everyone, I am getting tired of making Christmas cards.... I needed a break from them. I love the inspiration picture for the current Sunday stamps challenge , so I pulled out my ancient Hero Arts stamp to make this card. The sentiment is by Unity stamps. Did some masking and sponging. I also performed a little surgery on my stamp, as those falling dandelion seeds are attached to the main stamp. Just a little cut with my Exacto knife and I set them free!
