Funky Fossil Design - Happy April

Hi Everybody!

I am back with my April calendar page from Funky Fossil Designs.

I really enjoy my caledar and it's so much fun to design those pages. For this page I used one of the papers from the Midnight Garden pad. I chose one of the snails from the set Shellebrate , colored it with alcohol ink markers and cut it out. I used Happy Mail die set (heavily discounted right now) to cut the paper. Assembled everything. I then used the bees from the Bee Sweet paper pad and punched them out and added them for extra interest.

Ja, gefühlt kommt der frühling im Schneckentempo. Jedenfalls hat er genug Regen für das kommende Jahr gleich mit im Gepäck.
Dein Kalenderblatt passt also perfekt in den April. Danke, dass Du Dein werk bei uns Nachteulen zeigst. Vielleicht hast Du wieder Glück und gewinnst den 1. Platz. Ich jedenfalls drücke Dir die Daumen dafür.

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. Suzanne's Surprise Blog Hop

Hi Everyone, I have a very special card for you today - a birthday card for Suzanne, the owner and talented force behind So Suzy Stamps! I used the Blowing Butterflies (heat embossed in gold) and the Birthday Wishes to create my card. I cut myself a gold frame from glitter paper and added a water color wash. Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose.
