Funky Fossil Designs - Calendar February

Hi Everybody!

I am back with a post for Funky Fossil Designs. If you missed out on the wonderful calendar Funky Fossil had in the store last year - now is your change of grabbing one of the new ones! They are still available, but last year they sold like hot cakes and were gone in no time!

I used the fun set We are Family to create my February page. Since Valentine's day is in February I wanted some love vibes on that page. Clearly the boy fancies the girl....And who doesn't love cats or dogs....I colored with alcohol ink markers. The background paper is from the paper pad Flowerful Designer by Elena Zinski (sadly no longer available)

Easter Egg and Bunny

Hi Everyone, I made a bunch of Easter cards, after all its little more than one month and I need to send them out in time... You see, they are all similar - using both the die cut and the negative, that I cut from a die cut egg. The cute bunnies got their yearly appearance - they are from Impression Obsession. the egg is by Lifestyle Crafts. The sentiment is by Papertrey. Here are my cards: For my first card I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder and embossed dark grey card stock. The cool deer I colored with Inktense pencils and fuzzy cut it. I stamped the Cool Yule sentiment onto aqua card stock and added white gel pen accents. Mounted everything onto a white card base. For my second card I used patterned paper as background. Dynamic Duos combined with CAS Colours and Sketches

I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose. Well, I'll see how it goes.... Anyhow here is the card that came out of this: I did not want to add a sentiment - I 'll add it later, when I know who will get it.
